  • Do your pelvic or urinary issues have a true structural cause? Is this neural pathway pain/dysfunction or is there something in my body? Why would my brain be creating this dysfunction…what is my root cause? I’ll help you separate fact from fiction.
    -We’ll review some common pelvic and urinary diagnoses, and talk about what’s going on mechanically in the body
    -Together, I will guide you through a physician-created self-assessment, so that you can better understand what YOU are dealing with
    -Follow along with the free “Self-Assessment Workbook” 🔍 as we do this together, or do that after the episode (link to download is below)
    -What you can do, if you have a structural & mind-body issue, or just one or the other
    -I’ll take you through a personal inventory, so that you can spot links between mental, emotional, and habitual patterns that can lead to neural circuit pain/dysfunction

    I'm fully taking the route for neuroplastic pain healing now. I was extremely cynical at first (sounded way too good to be true after five years of tormenting bladder pain) but I read Alan Gordon's book and I meet all the checkmarks, and the practices have already paid off some; the pain has gone away a few times when I calmly paid attention. Still got some work to do, thank you for initially making me aware of this.

    I am so glad this podcast exists! Its like this is a one on one conversation with a great friend or mentor. All this information really puts me at ease, im usually used to dealing with things on my own, and i still have to do the work, but a format like this feels so informal and strikes me on a personal level im just able to relax about what I'm dealing with at the moment which absolutely brings me cosmic joy. Very appreciative this is here as a resource. Thank you so much!

    Hello sir !! The point you mentioned about mountains is me as few weeks back i went on mountains and its like all the symptoms vanished away like its nothing there but again it starts coming back when i came back home which indicates that its truly a mind body thing and i am doing my best to follow your approach and implement your information 😀.

      That's right. Seeing your symptoms change by location or activity are a clear sign of mind-body linkage, rather than structural creation. Just follow the plan and begin making the changes. You can do it!

    You passion for the topic speaks for itself Michael. I'm looking forward to the next Episode. Stucked/supressed emotions/feelings are so overlooked in our world where we have to fit in all the time. Especially as man.

      Hey Mikey,
      I know how hard it is. Things will change, and you can already start shifting, now. Listen to the podcast series. Then do the 7 day Free kickstart: bit.ly/pelvicpainfree /// that will help you as you're starting, once you are ready, or need more, then yes, I am there for you in the full program. Take it a day at a time. This will be falling away as you address the root cause and bring safety to your brain.

    Would a labral tear on one side be assoc with pudendal neuralgia. And therefore require hip arthroscopy ? I saw your prev interview where doc said not to repair. But other pudendal specialists say to get that fixed first ? I was asympt or had min hip complaints before the p,ain. Now more paint?

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It can be complicated. Ultimately if the tear has healed (as in, it is not a recent injury), it does not have to refer pain to the pudendal nerve. This can be an overly mechanistic perspective on how the human body works. Definitely do some movements to help your hip feel better. If surgery is required that is an option. It does not have to lead directly to PN.
