  • To understand why you’re dealing with these chronic pelvic or urinary issues, we need to take a look at how the brain creates pain and sensations in the body (even when there is no external reason for it). Follow me as I guide you inside the forest of the mind.
    -How your brain creates pain and dysfunction (psychophysiologic/neural circuit pain), and the symptoms are REAL
    -How mind-body pain/dysfunction develops, even looking back to childhood and the build-up to now
    -How symptoms shift over time if you don’t address the deeper mental/emotional root cause
    -We’ll cover common misperceived causes, such as posture, exercises, masturbation, diet…and why these are misleading
    -Learn about the real root causes, that can lead to creating the chronic pelvic or urinary issues that you’re currently experiencing

    I healed from Pudendal Neuralgia thanks to this guy pointing me in the right direction. I got diagnosed by several experts, and was sure of my diagnosis. Naturally I was sceptical when Michael suggested otherwise. Even though I did not follow his specific programme, It got me curious and led me down a path of recovery from TMS thanks to the work of Howard Schubiner, Alan Gordon, Monte Hueftle, and of course John Sarno. I am 100% healed and been so for 7+ months now. For me the healing process took about 3 months.

    Hi Michael, I really feel your podcasts speaking to me. I have CPTSD from bullying in childhood alongside parental emotional neglect and developed pelvic floor issues around May 2022. I developed these weird skin rashes on my face whenever I was stressed at the same time as this (so yes, I did develop issues in other areas of the body). But I’m starting to realize I had chronic anxiety, depression, etc long before then. Currently working on healing my trauma and accessing my emotional pain, thank you for making this content.

      Holy shit my jaw literally dropped when you said that different areas of the body are the places which mean more to you. My whole life I was insecure about my appearance bc I got bullied. I get rashes. I was also insecure about my manhood and got sexual/pelvic floor issues. This is insanely accurate, thank you 🙏

    Thank you so much for what you do with your videos, and this podcast in particular. I have been undergoing CPPS for 3 years now, and even though there has been great progress I am still far from getting rid of it, but your videos describe my journey exactly and are the tool I need to succeed to heal completely! It is thanks to powerful, precise and clear testimonies that people suffering from CPPS will be able to heal. THANKS !

    This is a great podcast. I hope you're going to upload more of videos like this one, because it's really helpful. I've been dealing with an overactive bladder couple of years. Half of year ago I got neurological pains in my pelvis. The docs say there's nothing wrong with me, except early discopathy, which cannot cause everything. I try to find the solution to my problems. I've experienced anxiety neurosis, depression almost half of my life. I read and listen a lot about mind-body connection and I really feel that this is the cause of my issues. So I would really thank you that you speak about it, it's helpful for many people. We need to appreciate a different way of dealing with our body problems nowadays, because normal medicine isn't helpful enough and cannot bring solutions to everything. Open mind is the key for better health.

      I am so glad to hear that it has been helpful! The "Last Podcast" just needs 6 episodes, as I want to encourage everyone to go from information, to application. I refined and condensed the most important information, and the path in the episodes. It sounds like you have a pretty clear awareness now, that your symptoms are mind-body in origin. You can change and let them go! Follow the path in the podcast and work with a coach or on your own to shift. I do have a lot of other tools (meditations, breathwork, etc.) and will continue to serve in this way. Thanks for your comment and for chiming in here! -Michael

    I wish I could work for your company or one like it in its goals, even though I'm not healed yet. I want to contribute back. This TMS journey has been a revelation for me. I'm just stuck on the application to my life and how to communicate effectively with my brain. I'm sick of my job, but I need the money. I'm sick of corporate America. I want to feel like I'm contributing back to something instead of on the hamster wheel.

    • @TransformPelvicHealth

      I understand the discontentment. Even now, just posting a kind reply or words of encouragement on a youtube comment...or on a subreddit...or going to a chronic pain meetup and sharing...lots of ways to help, even while you are recovering. If you want to work with us or do work like this someday, then just know that this will happen, and it's done. It will. Make your commitment helping others, whether you are getting paid for it or not, and you will. Even while you're in corporate America, you can be a champion of consciousness, of a more loving approach. Purpose is being purposeful, even if it is cleaning the toilet, or writing a report, or coaching a client. :)

      @@TransformPelvicHealth I do believe there is more out there for me and I do believe I will heal one day. One thing I know I can do is narrate meditations or even informational videos. People have told me many times I have a relaxing voice when I speak quietly and I would like to try doing that. There aren't enough meditations out there. I'm not talking like Morgan Freeman or anything with my voice, but I'd like to try somehow to see how it goes.

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's the big question isn't it! 😊 If you have not yet, do this workbook (bit.ly/discoveryworkbook), it is a start. Ideally, do a breathwork or meditation before doing it, so that you can sink into the subconscious more easily. The answers are not to be found in the conscious mind.
      In the Overcome program, we use journaling, specific meditations, breathwork, emotional discovery practices, and emotional release practices. Over time, things bubble up and become more apparent when you CREATE SPACE for them, and are looking in the right area.
      Before, if an emotion arose, and you just separated it, and did not see how it could be connected to the physical body issues, it was harder to hear the message. Now, you will at least have that awareness. Space and silence is the best way to know. I personally just did a three day silent meditation retreat. Nowhere to go, nothing to do, just be. The root of problems that are deep inside will undoubtedly arise in conditions such as these. Plant medicine is also possible.
      Some people just aren't willing to push pause on their mind for long enough to know, getting distracted with technology, books, podcasts, talking, or more doing. This extra doing doesn't help you to hear.

    How do I know what this root cause is? And how do I work that out? For example: if I know my childhood stressors were from school and my parents divorce, how does acknowledging that help?

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It has more to do with the way that those stressors make you feel, right now. If you feel some abandonment from your parents. If you feel judged or criticized from school bullying, etc. Ultimately, it is the past that is still present for you, in some way. The repetitive thoughts, avoidance behaviors, addictions, and emotions are all clues. You reveal these feelings, you feel them, you let them be without resisting, and they clear out, now that they don't affect you.

    😢 really thats it i had hard life from i was baby Is this why when i weakup i dont feel any pain، I do not feel a burning, tickling, or even pain in the urethra or in the area of the base of the testicle, and the pain increases with time until the end of the day. I feel that if I have sex as soon as I wake up, I will be fine with everything. As for premature ejaculation, there are no reasons for it. Is hard flaccid also TMS?

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      From my greatest understanding of how the mind-body system works, yes, hard flaccid is a mind-body condition. There is a nervous system dysregulation leading to the activation of a somato-visceral and/or a viscero-visceral reflex. By what is causing this?
      That's where TMS comes in. It is not a random occurrence. If you work with a HF sufferer (and I have, with many men), the "rule in" aspect of TMS is there, meaning, that they present many other traits that can create this particular symptom. The brain/NVS can create many different symptoms.

    Can TMS affect semen volume and quality?

    • @TransformPelvicHealth
      @TransformPelvicHealth  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't have direct research with this particular subject. Regarding quality, typically that would be no (I had semen testing done when I had TMS/CPPS and was afraid as I wanted to have a child...I've since had two more kids), volume, the expulsion could be affected due to muscle tension, but beyond that I'd have to do much deeper anatomical research to find the answer.
