To my surprise the Sirocco bars' security staff were more than happy to take your pictures for you.

My Opinion of The Lebua State Tower Hotel
The Lebua Hotel and its service were absolutely fabulous, with more than enough, very courteous, staff to assist you everywhere.
The breakfast was a really big surprise, just so much great food and plenty of time to eat it.
The only cons were:
The drinks and restaurant prices, but that’s the trade-off for getting such a fabulous room at a low price.
Also in some areas, if you look closely,look a bit tired. Especially the furniture in the sky bar.
I found a great room deal on Booking.com and paid £126 GBP for a river view room which was about a third of the normal price,

One Question Swinn. As a Hotel guest, is it must to pay for drink to access the 64th floor to view the golden dome area or we can walk around free without having to pay for expensive drinks?

As a guest of the hotel you are allowed in most areas of the hotel, including the top. We bought a drink at the very top and no one from then on asked if had drunk on. They do have lots of staff implying you should. But nobody said we had to. I hope that helps and thanks for watching.
