- Thank you for being patient with her English, which is improving day-by-day. Like a lot of "Tinglish" speakers in Thailand, Rose is often mixes up her R's and L's and often doesn't pronounce the ends of her words. She's working on her language, but for now it's kind-of cute!

Good morning from Thailand. Yes, this is a great place to stay. Nice view, clean and big room. with a variety of breakfast There is a dining table next to the pool. You can sit and eat and watch people swim☺️

Wonderful city. We still have a lot to learn about Bangkok. The breakfast at this hotel was the best ever.

I keep hearing people say when you go to the sky bar they can make it difficult for you by trying to send you somewhere else more expensive first , hotel looks nice and the wife may pick this one , great video cheers
Watford Thanks for your comment, I think you have to go try it sometime. Don't believe what others say, I believe you will like this place. We only experience this place once. We don't go every day😊
(Dave typing) we didn’t experience such a problem. The dress code is the main thing that you must adhere to: long trousers and shirt (short sleeve is OK) and no sandals/open toes for men. Ladies usually look smarter than men, but again they need to wear shoes, not open sandals.
Once we were on the roof, we were asked which venue we wanted) there are a couple of lesser know bars (a vodka bar and a champagne bar from memory) and a restaurant, but were just walked towards the Sky Bar and were warmly welcomed, unhindered.
The drinks aren’t cheap, from memory they were easily 1000 baht each (£25-30) but you’re basically paying for the view and ambience so sip slowly my friend! 😂

Just wondering what the difference is between Tower Club at Lebua and Lebua at State Tower?
Which one should I book for the best views of the King Power Mahanakhon and the Iconsiam Multimedia Water Feature?
(Dave typing) from my distant memory, compared to a standard room, the Tower Club guaranteed a high floor with better views. It's worth Googling as I recall pondering the same question and there might be some other features. The price difference when we booked was minimal.
I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your second question, other than from our room in lebua, I don't recall being able to see Iconsiam so I recommend calling the hotel to ask as they will be able to answer your question with certainty.

I think you can use the camera without any problems. As for us, we use our phones to take photos and record videos.

Really only nice for the view from the sky bar, and if you have a view on the side of the river from your room on a high floor. It’s a rather old building. And not much to see in the surrounding area.

(Dave typing) the Tower Club suites are on the 53rd to 59th floors of lebua at the State Tower. Brilliant views,highly recommended 👍
