your family must eat like kings and queens, this looks great, i might try this for an after EID dinner for my son and his wife as they will be celebrating EID with his wife's family x
I’ve been searching for this kind of channel for years. Everything I’ve watched from you has been amazing. Please don’t stop showing us your creations!!! So inspired!
I’ve spent 6 hours today watching all of yours and Al’s kitchens videos, and you really have inspired me to cook from scratch again. New pans and spices ordered. Thank you sir
Love your videos. I once played a gig for a high flying doctor who had flown in a top chef from India to cook for him. I asked him what’s the most important part of the curry? He said “Oil is the carrier of flavour” This is a perfect example of that.
I asked My Janu what he'd like for me to learn how to cook and this is what he suggested. My mouth was watering as you cooked. On my way to purchase the ingredients, InshaAllah, I hope it comes out good.
I've made this for the family a couple of times now, only with chicken thighs rather than beef. The first time I made a mistake with the level of chilli and it was much too hot but the second time I'd watched the video again, and it was really nice. Really liked the gentle aniseed notes from the fennel.
Not come across this one before, so thats me sorted for this weekend, im sure it will be as nice as all your other dishes, traditional or BIR they are always awsome, thats awsome coming from my amature cooking one can only imagine what this tastes like
I swear, chef, I'm making this now as we speak...I havent even put any of the powdered/ground spices in yet and already just with the onion gravy base, the yogurt, the whole garam masala and meat it tastes unbelievable.
Made this last night. Didn't add as much of the Punch Poron, which made myself. Wonderful dish and went down well with the folks at home who don't like their food as spicy as I do. A winner all the same. Thanks Latif.
That looks awesome. And am quite sure it will taste utterly delicious with plain steaming rice. My way of cooking bhuna beef is so different. Surely going to try it.
I used your recipe for my first ever beef dish and it was a "HIT" much appreciated JazakAllahu Khairan. Your recipes are so easy to follow. My cooking has definitely taken a turn for the better thanks to your presence Brother Latif.
Another winner! Manage to get those large bay leaves which do make a difference ! Yep get the liver dish sorted 'cos if you don't I WILL ASK your mum for the recipe LOL!
Great technique I really enjoy good cooking skills ...So many on display...How else would that food taste ...Amazing ....PS i have cooked you onion bargies about 20 times now ....I swear they are to die for ....But 6 tea spoons of madras is better that 4 ...Thanks for teaching me to cook Asian/Indian food
Latif, I know that you love Colemans Mustard PASTE, but have you ever tried Colemans Mustard POWDER? If not, then I recommend that you give it a try. You could mix the mustard powder with other ground spices and the mixture would keep in a jar.
I have just made this today and it tasted truly magnificent, even went so far as to buy some Halal meat on the bone online and well worth it too. Hope to see many more authentic home recipes on your superb channel.
As Salaamu Alaikum brother I just want to say that I by chance came across ur channel and subscribed immediately because I love the way u simplify the ingredients and cooking methods. Today we celebrated Eid Cape Town South Africa and I made this recipe.... may I say it was fabulous my sons said " mom I really out done urself" Alhamdulillah shukran so much. I'm super excited to grow with ur channel. Gratitude in abundance🤗💐
Looks amazing. Thanks for Rahim Brothers tip, I'm not too far from Stepney Green although there are Bangladeshi butchers here in Stratford too I use. I'm gonna make this. I love your recipes.
Spiced Liver. I have been using the same recipe for Masala Kaleja for about 35 years now. I found it in a book called "The Encyclopedia of Indian Cooking" by Khalid Aziz, published by Treasure Chest in 1985. This recipe is from southern India, not Bangladesh, and it has only 7 ingredients, including 500g lamb's liver. It is really tasty and always gets a big thumbs-up from my guests.
I always cook your dishes and everyone loves my food gifts :) may I ask if you could do a short video on your cooking pans and where is best to purchase them, thanks in advance

Amazing pal .. what cut of meat was that please
It was general mix. You can use any part just as long as it has bones to get a nice flavour in the gravy.
