    Clean pull x 6 +
    squat clean x 6 +
    medium grip dead lift x 6 +
    squat clean x 6 +
    behind the head push jerk x 6 +
    behind the head good morning x 6 +
    snatch pull x 6 + squat snatch x 6 + squat clean & split jerk x 6 + 6
    behind the head squat jump x 6

    Istvan Javorek - you are the man! I am 59 y/o and just got into weightlifting. I trained for many years in martial arts, and have many injuries. I just found your video today, never knowing about you. So many videos on YT are for ego training. You teach people how to train for life. Highest respect yo you, sir. I will be following your training, but I have to modify for my injuries and current condition due to my injuries. Thank you, sir. You are a true star.

      Dear Koryuhoka, and thank you for your nice comments. I have over 30 YT where I try to help everyone to learn something different from a Gold Gym, etc. A lot of coaches don't like that I publish so many exercise programs but it is my pleasure knowing that everyone could benefit from them without to pay a penny.       Thank You sangyong lee, I just realized the Alisha didn't finish the dead-lift exercise with a shrug up, just on the last reps. 10 push ups to her!!

      @@ijavorek sir istvan...your basic dumbell complex is freacking dificult. Is there any standard weight datas for each body spec? For example...if 170cm.. 68kg man can handle 40lb dumbell (2 for both hands..) complex .. you can say that is strong enough ? O must be more than that?..like...45...50 lb??
