I love videos like this because it teaches two things in one; how to construct a scene as well as about to navigate around the program itself. Nicely done.

Amazing tutorial! By the way, how did you set up the interface that way? I like the layers, fiil and stroke, align and distribute look on the lower left of the screen!

Wow,your channel is very helpful! I was always wondering how to cut that extra part. When I downloaded images from freepik, you can see they the author cut the scene and when I select everything I get a huge space around the scene and I don't know how to get rid of that space? I guess the author didn't cut it well or I don't know how to export a file..

How can I use an image from Google?

    • @TJFREE

Good question. Try left-click and hold the image, and drag it from the web browser into Inkscape.Or, try right click > copy on the image, left click > paste in Inkscape. Or, try right click > 'Save image as', and then in Inkscape, File > Import, and select that image. These are the methods I use most often. Good luck!

@@TJFREE Thanks Ryndon, I hope you will see my comment, I have 2 questions plz
      1) in olive when you edit your videos, in some of your videos how did you make focus on specific parts on the screen (I mean when you grey everything and focus & brighten specific tab/drop off menu)? and sometimes bigger?
      2) which program do you use, to show (Ctrl, shift…etc buttons at the bottom left) to show people which buttons do you press on?
      Thanks heaps!

Have a locked 🔒 "frame" foreground layer!! Duplicating the background and all to subtract it from anything that goes out of bounds: that's terrible!! :/ Make a frame like on a painting, color it like the background, or even like a fancy frame. Have it the top layer, locked, voilà !
I have an "empty.svg" template like that around to start any drawing.
