  • Anais has now been taking kickboxing classes for 4 months. It has been a great way to manage her work related stress and she already feels much more confident in her ability to defend herself. She talks about another threatening situation she found herself in on an NYC train and how much more confident she felt handling it this time. Watch to see her progress!

    Bro this a publicity video. I paid 340 a month for 6 months and was nothing.. I ended it because I didn't see progress other than group cardio. Yeah I said I wanted to lose weight, yet I didn't learn anything other than warming up your body. Shit!.. I was never taught what the chant "yah, huh, aick" meant or even was.. Ever since I realized this was a waste of money. Kudos for the ones tiger schulmans decided to coach despite we all paid money to get trained
