I can only speak from my personal experiences but they speak a lot of truth although I don’t agreee with everything they say. I would not be allowed to work or own money but he would not be providing me with food. For me it was purely about getting experience with talking to clients without the pressure of a manager looking over my shoulder because I found some of the things I was supposed to say and do to not be very intuitive at first. I don't think the spouse was into me at all, I never got those vibes or I would have shut it down.

Story time: (I promise this will be relevant) I dated a girl who was, at the time, my absolute world. We were both in our early twenties and broke, nothing out of the ordinary. I could not sleep until I figured out a way to make a better life for us, but mainly for her. I took a job working on a Cargo ship in the Pacific Ocean, we lived on the east coast, right on the Atlantic. It was a 6 month tour of harsh conditions, 12hrs a day shifts, and extremely uncomfortable living conditions. My room was as big as a closet, just enough for a twin bed and a small shower. I understand it was a harsh decision to leave for 6 months, but the amount of cash I was going to bring back would change our lives. After 6 months of living on the water, I brought back the big bucks as promised, enough to move anywhere in the world. But, there was a bunch of issues at her home; her car broke down, her mom was going to lose the house, non of the bills where paid for months, exc. she felt her world was crashing down around her. Now, I’m sure you know where this is going…. I spent every bit of my money fixing everything and getting her family back on their feet. 2 weeks later Christmas comes around, and I don’t have a dime to my name after paying for everything. So I couldn’t afford Christmas presents. Which I thought she would understand, but she didn’t. She broke up with me on Christmas Day! Next morning, all of my thing were in a trash bag on the porch. And just like that, after a 4 year relationship, I was thrown away after spending tens of thousands of dollars. And she left me for a guy she’s been cheating on me with the entire time I slaved on that ship for her. Now here’s where my point comes in. First, I DID NOT feel dumb, and I DID NOT feel played, I felt BRAVE and COURAGEOUS; that I would put my mind, body , and soul through such a treacherous task for the person I loved. This made me STRONG. Second, because of my strength I built, I know that this woman acted as an INDIVIDUAL. And I never for second thought that all women were like her. The right girl is out there that deserves my warrior spirit. In conclusion, these toxic red pill guys are WEAK individuals, that let a situation similar to mine, absolutely destroy them, but they call themselves “Alpha”. They are so hurt, they created this weird world in their heads, and many young impressionable men are ABSOLUTELY FALLING/BELIEVING IT! It’s so sad, I want my fellow men to be strong like I was and not blame the world for one shitty person. Treat women right, treat people right! It was a bunch of unrelated wolves captured from different wild packs that were all thrown in an exhibit together and started doing what most creatures do when society as they know it breaks down and they're surrounded by strangers, violence. Well, to be fair I don't truly believe it's just because of men like this, but I think it's because of women who are on the opposite spectrum of these guys...from one extreme to another. Men like this are a product of society and they come in and fill a need that young men are not getting from their communities. Like the thousands of women who laugh and make tik toks when a man they dislike cries while also having a video speaking about how toxic masculinity harms men; which is stupid, because masculinity cannot be toxic, people are toxic. Or the women who betray their husbands or boyfriends trust with private information the minute they are angry at them they will throw up their failures in their face. Your brother doesn't have to express himself like a woman does, just as you do not express yourself the way I do. Men think differently and we need them as much as they need us. No woman in this world would ever find your brother attractive if he walked around emotional all the time. Does he truly have "toxic masculinity" or do you think he does, because he doesn't respond to situations like you do? Or because he doesn't have the same emotional reactions as you do? I mean, I think I can perceive a ton by you stating your unsure why your brother doesn't necessarily emote himself; do you not see the way men are treated on social media? 🤔 They have the highest suicide rate and surprisingly the stats for domestic violence are higher than one would imagine. Men, usually are not moved by other men, but by the desire of women. So these men are just a symptom of a bigger issue.

I focused my young life on becoming a medical professional in a time when that was not common. I never tried to “get” a man. I went about my career and I met a lot of wonderful men and had no shortage of dates or boyfriends. Married an incredible man (still married). Story Time: I used to work with a guy who gave me “Mr.Organic” energy. He was short, had long hair, solid, but not hugely muscular…not my usual type. You know what I remember about him? That he always had a kind complimentary word to say to me and the girls we lifeguarded with, he was SUPER confident, laughed at my jokes (not cause he wanted me, because I’m funny) and all the girls were ALWAYS after him. But he never did the “treat her like shit so she’ll feel low and try to get my approval”thing. He simply took his time, complimenting us on not just our looks but our talents and personalities. And in turn he could (and did) have any girl around. I STILL think of him fondly, despite him not being my type, or doing what other guys did to get girls. He didn’t HAVE to. Thank you for this, as a female in her 20s, watching their videos was starting to worry me since they make it sound like you're done at 30, and men will always want younger. Although, I remember thinking things in real life constantly contradict that. Such as my aunts in their 50s being recently divorced and already having boyfriends around their age. As well as other women being able to get remarried after divorcing far beyond 40+. It then got me to think, do men just make women think they are done at 30 so they settle for a guy who is not good enough for them?🤔 (Instead of the female waiting til she finds the right one) Ps. One time I was talking to a guy who was 9 years older, and he eventually decided I was too young so he ended it - this makes me think not all men really want younger women. Also, my aunt was married to a man about 15 years younger, and he provided everything. She did not have any money, so it was not like she was paying for him. They also had 3 kids.

I've had 1 relationship which was not a good one (happened to have been a bit of a crazy lady) but that doesn't make me blind to the fact it damaged me and my self-esteem as well as ability to trust, and I also am very clearly aware that I just had a terrible encounter, but I know that not everyone is like that. I've also basically stopped wanting to really change it. Outside of some markers that would catch my attention, I also mainly seek to just be 'understood' as it were.
I never had that much luck with women until I hit 35, and then it was almost to easy to get a woman's attention. But I had become established in my career, I had gotten in great shape, I also took some classes on confidence, communication and leadership..I don't know but I think I was just a late bloomer too.

I can only speak from my personal experiences but they speak a lot of truth although I don’t agreee with everything they say. All I can say is that during my personal dating experiences I’ve been attacked verbally by a lot of women for simply complementing them. I just now made a realization that they degrade women for making their own money and being "career women" who pay their own bills... But then they also degrade women for spending men's money. It's almost like they contradict themselves while trying to sound authoritative and win arguments. Or they have no idea what they want.
I had a guy who wanted to marry me and explained that as his wife, I would never be allowed to leave the house but as he was homeless that meant his car. I would not be allowed to work or own money but he would not be providing me with food. Sex wasn't optional, it was required, I had to be a virgin, he'd been married twelve times and divorced them all for not being virgins who were also good in bed. He was actually one of the first people I disclosed that I was a SA survivor to solely because I didn't want him to stalk me and predictably, he immediately lost interest and ghosted me. This was a blind date that was arranged by a woman I thought was my friend because apparently she thought I was trying to steal her spouse when in reality, the spouse needed a therapist and couldn't afford one and I was halfway through earning my degree studying psychology and was like "Hey, if you want, we can do an informal therapy thing so you can get some semi-professional help and I can get experience." For me it was purely about getting experience with talking to clients without the pressure of a manager looking over my shoulder because I found some of the things I was supposed to say and do to not be very intuitive at first. I don't think the spouse was into me at all, I never got those vibes or I would have shut it down.

Story time: (I promise this will be relevant) I dated a girl who was, at the time, my absolute world. We were both in our early twenties and broke, nothing out of the ordinary. I could not sleep until I figured out a way to make a better life for us, but mainly for her. I took a job working on a Cargo ship in the Pacific Ocean, we lived on the east coast, right on the Atlantic. It was a 6 month tour of harsh conditions, 12hrs a day shifts, and extremely uncomfortable living conditions. My room was as big as a closet, just enough for a twin bed and a small shower. I understand it was a harsh decision to leave for 6 months, but the amount of cash I was going to bring back would change our lives. After 6 months of living on the water, I brought back the big bucks as promised, enough to move anywhere in the world. But, there was a bunch of issues at her home; her car broke down, her mom was going to lose the house, non of the bills where paid for months, exc. she felt her world was crashing down around her. Now, I’m sure you know where this is going…. I spent every bit of my money fixing everything and getting her family back on their feet. 2 weeks later Christmas comes around, and I don’t have a dime to my name after paying for everything. So I couldn’t afford Christmas presents. Which I thought she would understand, but she didn’t. She broke up with me on Christmas Day! Next morning, all of my thing were in a trash bag on the porch. And just like that, after a 4 year relationship, I was thrown away after spending tens of thousands of dollars. And she left me for a guy she’s been cheating on me with the entire time I slaved on that ship for her. Now here’s where my point comes in. First, I DID NOT feel dumb, and I DID NOT feel played, I felt BRAVE and COURAGEOUS; that I would put my mind, body , and soul through such a treacherous task for the person I loved. This made me STRONG. Second, because of my strength I built, I know that this woman acted as an INDIVIDUAL. And I never for second thought that all women were like her. The right girl is out there that deserves my warrior spirit. In conclusion, these toxic red pill guys are WEAK individuals, that let a situation similar to mine, absolutely destroy them, but they call themselves “Alpha”. They are so hurt, they created this weird world in their heads, and many young impressionable men are ABSOLUTELY FALLING/BELIEVING IT! It’s so sad, I want my fellow men to be strong like I was and not blame the world for one shitty person. Treat women right, treat people right! It's so true. So much of toxic masculinity is about performing for other men in order to get their approval. The gym bros, the finance bros, the podcast bros. They are all fighting for approval from each other and see women as a resource to get it, like money or cars or any other status symbol. At the end of the day it all comes down to trying to make women willful resources that can be easily swept up for men to add to their lifestyle so that they can peacock for other men.
It’s very interesting if you look at them as case studies of insecurity. They view other people as trophies to prove their manhood/masculinity, while also insisting on their superiority. Manhood is supposedly this high status that should be served, yet they still depend on female bodies to validate them. Women are weak and “empty”, but their podcast is dedicated to helping men avoid being manipulated or harmed by them. Reminds me of the fascist narrative of an enemy being both weak and strong at the same time. It would be so depressing to be that backwards and antagonistic.
@@LoneWulf278 I think it also speaks to why women are sometimes treated as something to fear and control, because they are aware they need women for status, sex, children, etc. But they do not want women to have power over them, so they must be controlled. The idea of a woman who has control over who she sleeps with, marries and has children with is terrifying when you're an insecure man who feels you need women to get the approval of other men and achieve a high status in a patriarchal society.

I focused my young life on becoming a medical professional in a time when that was not common. I never tried to “get” a man. I went about my career and I met a lot of wonderful men and had no shortage of dates or boyfriends. Married an incredible man (still married).

Story Time: I used to work with a guy who gave me “Mr.Organic” energy. He was short, had long hair, solid, but not hugely muscular…not my usual type. You know what I remember about him? That he always had a kind complimentary word to say to me and the girls we lifeguarded with, he was SUPER confident, laughed at my jokes (not cause he wanted me, because I’m funny) and all the girls were ALWAYS after him. But he never did the “treat her like shit so she’ll feel low and try to get my approval”thing. He simply took his time, complimenting us on not just our looks but our talents and personalities. And in turn he could (and did) have any girl around. I STILL think of him fondly, despite him not being my type, or doing what other guys did to get girls. He didn’t HAVE to. We never did anything purely because I was in a relationship and I don’t cheat and he respected that about me. But I think I missed an opportunity there YEARS later 😂 THATS how you do it right, and these little podcast simps (Bert and Ernie) will NEVER leave women feeling that way with their strategies. Thank you for this, as a female in her 20s, watching their videos was starting to worry me since they make it sound like you're done at 30, and men will always want younger. Although, I remember thinking things in real life constantly contradict that. Such as my aunts in their 50s being recently divorced and already having boyfriends around their age. As well as other women being able to get remarried after divorcing far beyond 40+. It then got me to think, do men just make women think they are done at 30 so they settle for a guy who is not good enough for them?🤔 (Instead of the female waiting til she finds the right one) Ps. One time I was talking to a guy who was 9 years older, and he eventually decided I was too young so he ended it - this makes me think not all men really want younger women. Also, my aunt was married to a man about 15 years younger, and he provided everything. She did not have any money, so it was not like she was paying for him. They also had 3 kids.

Not many people are attracted to anger or entitlement. If someone rejects you, yes, it sucks but be grateful that they told you right from the start they're not for you instead of wasting your time and go find someone else or become comfortable with being alone. As a guy that has never been in a relationship and I'm on the wrong side of 30, I can 100% say that it's my fault for not being in a relationship due to how shy I am. I know enough to know, however, that any woman I would be lucky enough to be with just needs to be herself and hopefully she can accept me for who I am. I'd hope we would have the same interests but I wouldn't expect "compliance" from her. I want to be challenged and have intelligent conversations. I want someone thst helps me want to be better. Having a compliant person agreeing with everything I say sounds boring.
I'm not in an entirely different situation. I've had 1 relationship which was not a good one (happened to have been a bit of a crazy lady) but that doesn't make me blind to the fact it damaged me and my self-esteem as well as ability to trust, and I also am very clearly aware that I just had a terrible encounter, but I know that not everyone is like that. I've also basically stopped wanting to really change it.

I never had that much luck with women until I hit 35, and then it was almost to easy to get a woman's attention. But I had become established in my career, I had gotten in great shape, I also took some classes on confidence, communication and leadership..I don't know but I think I was just a late bloomer too.
