What separates the College from the NFL is obviously the passion / pageantry & just the love for college sports/football. Even if it’s a “reskin” or whatever you still can’t even fathom how important a game like this is for fans on CFB.

100% agree with you bro. Past games without wear and tear are unrealistic, teams absolutely try to wear out players, case in point if you have a big bruiser running back then you would use him to wear out the defense and soften up the front. This is absolutely awesome that they are including a system like this! Thanks for this great video, you just got a new subscriber.
Wear and tear is super awesome. But hope it’s balanced properly. Could ruin dynasty runs if it’s too OP.

The pitching while getting tackled is literally the reason I deleted madden and told myself I’m never buying it again
My opinion was abilities should only be for specific stuff that rattings cannot account for. Like specific zones,or specific routes. Stuff like Juke stick to me should just be rating based. But I like the 2k like badge system a lot better than Madden abilities

Any news on substitution features? With how much they are pushing wear & tear, I hope there is an easy feature to sub players instead of pausing the game & going into the depth chart every 15 seconds.

We need a QB evade stick while behind the line of scrimmage to go with the wear and tear system give us a way to protect our QB from just getting hit while in the backfield on pass plays.

Haven't really been a part of the video game community on TH-cam before. I think it's been because most of the people seem geared toward younger players and it's a little obnoxious, especially now that I'm about 30. I like that this guy and the game seemed designed for people who really enjoy football and not just an arcade type game

I like the fact that it has like a body part beat up so you don't want to like get your player injured if he's like beat up like a quarterback or running back you'll substitute them out before it causes injury and stuff like that it's pretty amazing I'm not a huge fan of the kicking but it's different it basically is a Madden game with like four or five different features

I was getting DOTTED UP by some of the elite QBs & they used the new trajectories on passes. Carson Beck had a memorable post corner TD that was thrown in the perfect spot.

What kind of accessories can you have ?
everything that's in Madden including a lot more accessories that are not allowed in the NFL. since EA has no one telling them what they can and can't do, they can add those equipments
in the trailer they had rolled up crop jerseys, hoodies under uniforms, the one leg sleeve look and etc

Why would you want to turn it off??? I mean I'm sure injuries can be turned off but turning off W&T where your players are once again just fantasy football players insted of reall football players is beyond boring and not simulation football.

@marcuslowe but of course, you are entitled to your opinion. I just see to where turning this off is once again defeating the purpose of simulation football. Once again, making players fantasy indestructible juggernauts who all act the same all game and dont differ from each other whatsoever just seems so boring and repetitive and a complete step backward. Especially when it seems so easy to work by using subs to keep your guy healthy. In my opinion, it just seems terrible not to use such a great system.
@@X49erfaithful52X I understand. Im Looking at it from two standpoints. First, if someone is playing offline in any single player they should be able to customize the experience to their liking. Online is a different situation. Second, my biggest concern is the feature being balanced, because wear and tear could easily make the game unplayable if not tuned correctly. I'm just preceding with caution that's all

So with the passing meter only bullet passes get close to the yellow red area. Does that mean every single lob/touch pass is an auto accurate pass or can lobs/touches still be off target?

Any way to remove the missing icon disadvantage? Never agreed that a rattled QB wouldn’t know how to throw to someone. Never vibed with momentum affecting me when I see a wide open player but I’m like “damn, what button is he!”
Question bro. Do we have anything like weekly scouting reports in dynasty? Would be dope to see what the cpu is doing with the recruits and players they have or the different coaches and make you actually have to adjust your scheme and personnel

It’s safe to assume that you will be able to turn it on and off. If you can turn off injuries I’m assuming you will be able to turn off w&t
For everyone asking if you can turn off wear and tear, why whould you honestly want that as a option??? Watch not the experts video he talked to one of the main devs and he told him that W&T isn't a path or sytem that will cause a bunch of injuries rather its a system to cause you to be strategic and cautious with players because it will cause fatigue and ratings drop. Over time the system will cause your player to drop in ratings attached to body parts(just like in real life) causing you to be more conscious. If absolutely totally ignored then thats when injuries are involved. Turning off this system is absolutely stupid and not needed. Now if you want to turn off injuries im sure there will be that option like every game. (Wouldn't be mad if they didn't let it be a option tho) but turning off W&T no it shouldn't be a option whatsoever.
This is, of course, banking on it being balanced and working, lmao 🤣

Any word on whether we’ll have new match coverage concepts in the game? I know they’ve put a lot of work into getting the diverse offenses right, but haven’t heard anything about the defenses
Alabama uses a lot of concepts that aren’t currently in Madden for example
There were a LOT of new defensive concepts in the game, from what I remember. I distinctly remember multiple bracket coverages in the game but I didn't get a chance to fully test out the nuance of them

Are the abilities specific for each player or can you equip certain different ones? Really hoping that in dynasty mode these are random for each player and you get to uncover during recruiting what they are or they develop them each week.

Kind of if you pick a 2 star and want to pick playing time as your focus... you ain't getting offers from top schools.🤣 But you can walk on wherever you want.

Correct, you can do so but you're doing yourself a disservice going that route imo (if you go back to classic)
