They're worse than red shells because you have to be right next to so.eone for them to even lock on and they still might not even do it. At least red shells will guarantee hit the person in front of you no matter how many corners they're behind. Unless they have a shell of their own

Almost every person raging about online has CLEARLY never played multiplayer on the original. Having your friends spam clocks and orbs was a nightmare. The few things they changed that I dont agree with are the masks while in 1st or being able to get a weapon at all while slowed by a clock.

items in CTR are much weaker, if you are pretty good at the game then the only people really hurting from a warp orb are going to be those in 2nd and 3rd
@TomPen94 It is possible to outrun those things, but ONLY with constant Blue Fire, mess up once and ya done unless you manage to get several shields in a row.
Yesterday I went off the first shortcut and the orb missed me and went all the way around to hit me. So I got a big fat lead and it didn’t touch me until the end of lap 2
With all the missles and such always hitting me, I think the annoying part is lag compensation for others with bad connection. I'll be in like 3rd or something for example and then finish in lets say 5th or whatever and then its like, wtf man!!
Bruh. I feel this on a whole entire level. I'm just farming for coins but it kills me to get hit with items I couldn't avoid because apparently they already hit me.
If your farming off coins you can join your friends in a Private match with racing it still gives you the coins during Wumpa Time and the weekend time when the weekend comes if your mainly focusing the Champion board I get that but coins are easy in a private match tbh since you know clocks and warp orbs 24/7 :’(

Warp orbs should expire 20 seconds after they've been sent out. Maybe less. Not to mention USF should keep you well out of harm's way. Boosting shouldn't, but boosting over a turbopad and maintaining high speed should be rewarded with outrunning a warp orb.
@@apagan0075 you cannot have that kind of eaction unless you if you for instance have a pretty wide league just to have ppl get hit by it even tho high likely orbs hit them anyway on the way to you. Also missiles barrage if you wanna lag behind on purpose.

The stupid thing is that crates actually reward you for being worse and vice versa, if you are first you only get shit or you just get weapons proper to your position, i mean you are first, you try to slow down followers by leaving obatacles and you are behind so you get weapons that will hurt people ahead. But these "ahead" weapons are totally op and unbalanced. ND did not balance it so beenox did not feel to fix it.
Lol some races you don't even see ONE of these things and it becomes a battle for second place while first travels super far ahead. Beenox get on this game plz.
@Aaliyah Fan Yeah I've kinda lost interest in NF now, nothing but sweats on broken tracks with busted RNG. And Beenox doesn't want to fix it, they want to make more characters amd tracks. And add the fact Activision is adding microtransactions and most likely going to make it HARDER to unlock stuff without spending REAL money on a game we already spent $40/ $60 on and they said they wouldn't add any microtransactions... Yeah, I'm looking forward to the next adventure title.
