I stayed in rental on stonemill dr for 3 years. I liked lynchburg , staying bit out side of downtown. Good area. I could survive within $1500 including rent etc.

Most of the costs are the same for everyone. Of course, if you’re in need of medical care, your costs will depend on your insurance.
Also, some seniors may want to live in an HOA development, in a townhouse or patio home, where someone else cuts grass and cares for the exterior. Those HOA fees may be higher than others.
