  • Thinking about moving to Lynchburg VA? We're talking about my Top 5 reasons why Lynchburg Virginia might be a good place for you. MIGHT. Maybe it's not. I don't know. Only you can tell. But...I'm happy to help you, if you're thinking about making a move to the Hill City, Lynchburg VA.
Why might you come? Natural beauty...outdoor activities...climate...education...arts and culture. I don't know if that's the same order of the video. So, go ahead and watch it! We'll talk about all of those. AND...we'll go over a bonus at the end. Another reason Lynchburg VA could be a great place for you to buy, move to, or invest in.
There's lots of great schools - Liberty University, University of Lynchburg, Randolph College, Virginia University of Lynchburg, Central Virginia Community College, and Sweet Briar. There's hiking and biking...and sporting events...and theater...and a very friendly town! Some snow in the winter. But great skiing and snowboarding is only an hour plus away. Hot in the summer. But not crazy hot for crazy long. You get all four seasons.
🏡 If you're even thinking about...dreaming about...or contemplating...a possible move to the Lynchburg VA area...give us a call (or text or email). We serve a pretty wide area, from Wintergreen to Danville, and from Roanoke to Farmville. And, if it's out of our area, we can connect you to a REALTOR who will be happy to help you. 🏠 You may have heard it in a video, but we really do love connecting with people and helping where we can.♥️
CALL - TEXT - or EMAIL. Whatever is easiest for you.
I look forward to hearing YOUR story soon! - JD

Great video and totally agree about the community. It’s so refreshing to see people with different beliefs and politics get along. Also, the churches run the gamut and there’s probably one for everyone. And of course, thanks for my shout out 😊

Gotta agree with all of that. In my opinion the climate here in Lynchburg is quite comfortable - and I grew up in Southern California!

I heard in a video on linguistics that northerners tend to pronounce it like apple a (as in apple) chun and southerners say apple ay shun

If I bought a multi- family there, would it be difficult to find tenants? I would be coming from The Northeast.

I do not think it would be difficult. Of course, you’d have to take into consideration the variables; location, how nice the units are, the size, and your pricing. And you want to have some understanding of how you’re going to vet tenants.
