Excellent question! I’ve been pleased with my healthcare in Lynchburg VA. Now, I don’t have a lot of health concerns, but I’ve had some. I love my primary care office. And I’ve received good care at Lynchburg General Hospital health.usnews.com/best-hospitals/area/va/centra-health-6340013
Depending on what type of care you need, you may feel more or less comfortable here. UVA and its medical systems are an hour and a half north. Roanoke is an hour west.
Great video and totally agree about the community. It’s so refreshing to see people with different beliefs and politics get along. Also, the churches run the gamut and there’s probably one for everyone. And of course, thanks for my shout out 😊
I do not think it would be difficult. Of course, you’d have to take into consideration the variables; location, how nice the units are, the size, and your pricing. And you want to have some understanding of how you’re going to vet tenants.

Gotta agree with all of that. In my opinion the climate here in Lynchburg is quite comfortable - and I grew up in Southern California!
