Really enjoying your videos. On this one, after you drive down to Cataloochee Valley, I am confused how to get back to Maggie Valley? Can't seem to find a decent road to get there.
Thank you, glad you enjoy them! We drove back out using the main entrance from Cove Creek Road out towards Maggie Valley and I-40. Most wouldn't consider it decent, but it's about as decent as it gets getting in and out of Cataloochee Valley.
Yea, it's pretty scary. I won't get close to it, I was using a zoom lens in those shots 😉. You fall off there, you're going to wake up meeting our maker. Thanks for watching!
Take the Harmon Den exit off I-40, go left under the bridge, and following the gravel road down to the water crossing. Then just follow the road up, until you see the tree in the video with the spray paint. Here is a map: goo.gl/maps/jH58htUKm4mMnGBw7

is the fireroad leading up to the roost one way only?
Hi, no it's two-way. Narrow in some spots, but definitely two-way.

It's painful! I really hope this all recovers soon. Thanks for watching!
