I love seeing how you care for your plants and grounds to encourage new growth. Those ivy plants are truly nasty and really enjoy seeing them come down.....LOL!! One can almost hear the trees sigh at the removal of all of the dead ivy branches. Job well done! Thank you for the lovely video and hope you are all feeling better soon.

You've done a great job on those old trees, they'll pay you back very fruitfully! Hope you're feeling better Rebecca, and that the boys are both well? Lots of love and big hugs 🤗❤️🤗

Flower gardens are looking so pretty. Great job on the tree pruning. What is a Greengage tree?

Thank you! It's a bit like a plum, they're very tasty!

Hope you feel better. I’ve got that book. You have really saved those trees. I don’t touch my cherry tree, advice I’ve seen says don’t prune. What is a greengage ? Can you do a review of that long handled chainsaw ? X

Feeling much better now, thank you. A greengage is very similar to a plum but a yellowy/greener colour. They're nice, I'll bring you some in the summer!

Sending lots of healing to Rebecca, great job the trees look so much better 🤞 for a plentiful harvest from them ❤️
I’m still planning a move to France, but hubby is reluctant ( due to worries about finding work & money) if it’s not to personal how do you fund living out there? While settling in and how much do you think you can get by on a month? I’m currently home educating our 2 children so we live on Paul’s wages ( he’s a kitchen & bathroom fitter) x lots of love to you all x

I am not living in France, but from the different channels I have been following that are living in France, I noticed one constant issue: it is very hard to find a (good) plumber, electrician, you name it. Assuming your husband is good at his job, he should be able to find enough work in France. Obviously, it helps if you speak reasonably or good French.

Hi Amanda, totally understand Paul's worries - although if there was one job I'd choose to do out here that might well be it! I imagine he could do very well out here but it is always stressful getting set up in another country. Are you planning on homeschooling? There are French and English speaking groups about Home Ed in France which you might want to join (if you haven't already). Feel free to DM me on Instagram (@livingintheloire) as happy to talk more privately 😊 Rebecca x
