@wickedwookie well in a drag race/landspeed attempt it'd be cinematic AF 😆 And if the vehicles ever work enough to do burnouts, wooo! Like Cletus's Freedom Factory in space. We could get positively redneck.

I still don't understand why the x1 has that weird bit on the bottom for your legs. They should've just kept the same seating position as the nox or pulse
The Nox has always been my favorite just because it looks awesome and has the best straight line speed. It's only real downsides are it's lack of shield and that it's weapon placement means they get knocked off by terrain easily.
So I can definitely tell you what I'd like to see. Almost nowhere you go is there going to be a completely flat spot. Somehow showing the maneuverability of them and the ability to actually get around in non-flat terrain would be something I would love to see. That's one thing I've noticed with every ground vehicle so far. They are absolutely horrible on any planet that is not absolutely flat. Especially ones with forests or rocks.
Honestly, since they are all speeder bikes. An Endor race would be a great way to show this. Find a place that has a forested area and see if it's possible to get these things more than a few hundred meters without exploding.
That almost meets my expectations exactly. After having ridden all these bikes, (except x1) and seen their stats. The only surprise for me was that the NOX won in the mile. Which felt a little odd, because it is only a tiny bit faster than the Pulse LX, and I do mean tiny bit. I expect that acceleration to allow the pulse LX to reign supreme, in any course with turns.
The pulse has worse acceleration and worse top speed than the Nox. The neither of the pulses have touched meta for anything since they launched except for top speed at highest ride height.
@@GerboTheGnome i don't know anything about the meta. But you might want to check your numbers on the acceleration. I just checked the stats from the current build. Now its only slightly better. When graphed they are almost identical, with the nox winning the max speed slightly beating the nox in acceleration in forward, straife, and down. The pulse lx also is capable of turning better the nox. Im also looking at performance viewer and from what I can see. It looks like they are doing quite a bit of gravlev rebalancing. In the previous build it looks like the Nox did indeed beat the Pulse in all categories. And on launch day I checked the stats, and the pulse was 5m/s slower at max speed than the nox, but had almost double all acceleration values. (It was the launch I was quoting, I havet played a whole lot since then.)
@@FrozenKnight21 current top speed and accelerations for you: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JBNAYYa_tjs5UigUFJFQUreTsLjmWbK7iycuG2Kb5UA/edit?usp=drivesdk Nox Kue is the fastest and wins all categories minus side strafe. Unfortunately, turning doesn't really mean much because of how the acceleration bubbles work at the moment. The Kue has been the fastest except for last patch which it was tied with with base nox.
Here's an idea..... Find ouch which one is better at handling non-flat terrain. And no, i don't mean start a cliff-jumping competition.. though I'm sure Billy would enjoy that :P I mean more around the lines of pick a semi-hilly area on Microtech, and Hurston to just see how well the bikes each individually handle changes in angles/elevation and how 'bouncy' they become vs each other.
Have you ever ridden a Nox Kue? I HATE they nerfed the bikes so they only go so fast. At one point, my Nox Kue could do 1450 MPS... It was beautiful.....

I think Daymer or Hurston needs a "salt flats" kind of area so we can do "speed week" shenanigans
when tuning makes it in i would love to try that
Yeah and a big dust cloud that gets kicked up behind the bike or craft

This was interesting: speed vs acceleration on the long distance! 👍
all these hover bikes and im still waiting for my ranger lol
the ranger might be the only vehicle i will pay with real money lol
Perfect, exactly the type of comparison video I was looking for.

That bit is why I keep Noxes on my 600i instead of X1s
Now, a starter ships sales pitch by scooter scooter
Still waiting for my passenger on the dragonfly to be able to fire railguns.
Ya know maybe I’m miss remembering but I swear the passenger used to be able to fire a weapon while seated but I probably just dreamed that lol
thanks for making this video, makes it a bit easier to make a decision on one
That was a great quick comparison review with relevant data, thanks, and well done!

It's gonna be a real short video ...Booom! lol
@@wickedwookie yup. But fun with epic music in the background as they all explode.
Thanks for this, informative video and love the shots of the race!
I'd love to see the same race but with use of weapons. Sure the racing variants are fast, but are they fast enough 😁😁
One more stat would be useful, and that's minimum signature
It would be interesting to see how they each fair on all the different race tracks.
love my Dragonfly and Pulse
Nice comparison video! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
This video is so good.
I can respect how much effort went into this video.
Thank You for sharing this.
Wow that sounded like a spam bot 😂
The best imo are the pulse for size and gun, the x1 for shields and guns
Where are the explosions!! What the heck WOOKIE!!

I can answer this one. It's the dragonfly. It has the highest ride height and gives you a bigger cushion before you die 😂

Oh wow no I haven’t been on that one
I prefer the pulse. It looks the best.
it's also the smallest! no need to sacrifice cargo capacity when you want to bring along a ground-transport or two.
the hull of the X1 base is a kind of physical shield CIG said
X1 force really doing well... except for loading the damn thing into my 400i!
The pulse LX does near top fuel 1/4 mile time. High 4s is insanely fast for something barely larger than you.
great video for reference. Thanks
Nicely done. Great video. There's a racing version of the dragonfly called the yellow jacket. It might be rare. I haven't seen it for sale in a while.
You can buy it in game for the same price as the other one.
Yeah it's the exact same speed just yellow and does not have guns I guess no guns for drake means racing lol but you can put guns on it
Hover quad is also only detectable under 246 meters... thing is damn near invisible
Nice video but all these bikes are able to fly in space?
Yup all can fly in space, and handle just like a ship does
@@wickedwookie Ah thx. 😉
Thankya Scooter
Well done, Wookie!!! 😉👍
I still don’t know the difference between the Nox, and Nox Kue I have.
nox has guns, the kue does not
let's go!!
cool video. would like to see more vids like this with the mile times. make sure to list the ship names above the stats though.
