i just bought my games yesterday lol
I'm about to purchase.... Is this a referral code?
Hey @HakesGaming love this vid, thanks for the tips. Definitly interested in this game, has the giveaway already happened? Thanks
Did you do the giveaway already?

A friendly reminder to remember to always move your looted stuff from your local inventory to the vehicle inventory _before_ takeoff 🙂
I wrote that on my monitor...but....
Why?
@@technophil131 Because if you don't, it's going to stay behind when you fly away.

@@Jan_Strzelecki Wtf that's stupid.
I started Star Citizen over a year ago as a complete idiot. Fortunately, I found your videos, and even though I've learned the ropes of the game since then, I still watch every one of these beginner videos as well, because you never know when you'll see/hear some tasty extra info.
Thanks for your effort in making these helpful videos!
Same here lol and love his trade route videos as a fellow space trucker
Thanks for the instructions. Bought some starter package but haven’t moved past the space station
I started playing as a total idiot too. Still play as an idiot actually. Thought I'd wisen up using some smart advice.
He is a legend
You were not an idiot, just unknowledgeable.
I used to watch your guides to bringing home the space cheddar for ED, and you're still a great source of info now in SC too! Thanks for all the time you put into making these! Very much appreciate how you show the downsides that can happen as well as the successful runs so folks have a realistic understanding of what to expect.
Your videos are how I got my start in Star Citizen and helped me avoid total confusion. Appreciate your content still! 🍻
Rose's are red violets are blue im a console player so I'll cry myself to bed
Bro..that's tuff... Try to join the master race!1! You are always welcome! O7 ;-)
Hopefully he doesn’t with the Cutter
You don't have to worry about this scam.
If you played Cyberpunk 2077 at launch just picture that, but for years.
Save for a PC. The hardware is more expensive, but the games are cheaper. And backwards compatible.
If you don’t know how to build a PC yourself, NZXT sells PCs for a fairly decent price. They also sell kits you can build yourself with instructions if you want to save a few hundred bucks.
Once you go PC you won’t ever go back. I have consoles and a PC. The consoles collect dust except for when I want to play an exclusive.
I followed your other guide so now i'm always full of guns and ammo and it doesn't cost me a fortune everytime i die. Thank you
First run today and loads of MONEY!!!! Thank you so much!
Started two days ago... and this video has been instrumental in teaching me so much about the game. Thanks for making it. Awesome work.
Love the honesty about how sometimes you won’t find any loot but keep trying.
Nice work, I love that you make this video over and over because the game is constantly being updated.
Became a backer in 2014 and just started my first game today. Amazing! Great vids too. Thank you.
Your vid has pushed me over the edge.
After watching and waiting for years now me thinks is time.... Great vid
Just bought my son a holiday Avenger Titan game pack and he is just getting started. Made sure to forward this video to him. Pretty much the same method I used to get started so You just saved me some explaining. 👍
Ayeee I started with the titan (aka the penguin) then later moved to the gladius cause I enjoyed combat. But it’s a very versatile and cool ship
Hawks guide are always top tier! Thanks for taking the time to make sense of chaos which we call star citizen.
Welcome to the verse O7
I just started playing Star Citizen this month, my friends been playing for almost two months, and your vids have helped us a lot. Thanks for making these tips and tricks
Love the Money Making Guide videos you make, most helpful and been using them since your last one. Thanks for making an update!
I like how you show the ups and downs of how a place can already have been looted. Bedlogging is something I still haven't developed the habit of doing (hold-over from when it was busted). Good guide though and I will definitely give it a shot! Thank you :)
@Ph4n_t0m contact me bro. Join our discord and send me a pm. Merry Christmas!

I was in the discord with Hawke when he did the randomizer Congrats bro here's to hoping you make BILLIONS of space Cheddar.

@@Ph4n_t0m Im around bro
@@HawkesGaming Great! Oh and by the way, 30k are a bugbear to us all!
Thanks for the guide, will definitely help if I get the game!
it was your videos that swung it for me to get SC, much love brother!!
Thanks for making the tutorial literally just bought the game this was a massive help❤
I’m so glad that there are folks like you out there making guides like this, it makes life a lot easier for people like me
Thanks for the guide bro, hope I have a chance of winning.
i bought the $50 dollar aurora bundle years ago and havent played the game yet. Recently I got a 3060ti so im deff getting on this tonight. Keep up the great work
Oh my gosh, bed logging to get loot is such an awesome plan. Every time I go to one of these i don't ever seem to find anything. Thanks so much!
It's great to see that the Vulture now works better for solo play. When I was being shown how to do this, it pretty much required someone in the hold, ejecting boxes and stacking them, to avoid having to run down to the hold and back the cockpit every few minutes.
Been a player for a year and there was new stuff in here for me. Great video!
New player here! Just found your channel looking for ways to start off. I'm so overwhelmed and have 0 idea how to start. Thanks for this
Drake Cutter is my fave starter ship.
Pro tip, you can press shift click to move an item from the right loot panel to the left and vice versa. So you don’t have to drag them over one at a time.
Double click on the item will equip it.
I'm starting Star Citizen today and your video helped me. Thank you :)
I remember your videos from my ED days and you're the first person i thought of to check for SC content! Quality content as usual mate, deserve more subs!
quick tip for searching for ores/gems from a 3.16 miner:
Pressing "V" to enter scanning mode allows you to change ping angle with scroll wheel,
This allows your ships to see the number of individual entities up to line 10km away. When you see those boxes pop up, all you have to do is narrow your ping angle and send another scan, what will happen is each node will get a white marker. If there are large clusters of these markers, its basically garunteed to be gems. You can then hold lmb to scan one of those white markers and see exactly what it is (i forget if gems will tell you the specific gemstone, but the icon will change to the gem and you can go based off IR values).
This also helps you not waste time with smaller clusters, as you can identify how big clusters are without much more time/effort.
But what is the pong button
I just got my son also into this game, but could not afford anything more than the basic Aurora $45 Starter Pack. So hopefully tonight I will chaperone him around so he can see all the loot worthy settlements. Unfortunately his Aurora do not have a bed so I will just let him bed log on my Connie.
If he bed logs in your ship make sure you fully log in before he tries to connect. It will cause a problem if he logs in first.
The aurora has a bed
If they have the MR, the bed is a hole in the wall behind the pilot seat
Your guides got me into this game in the best way possible thank you so much for making these
just randomly found your channel. I've been playing SC for years and still found this video so helpful and i will share it with my mates im trying to get on
cheers mate !

Hawkes Gaming, your getting started in Star Citizen videos have been an incredible guide for me.
Love the content man. I frequently check for these updated guides. Thanks!
Another great video. Been followng you since Finding your Elite Dangerous & NMS guides. Always the best place to find out how to make that space cheddar quickly!
Great work!
This guide really helped me get a good start back into SC. This is the third time I've tried to play over the many years and with your guide I actually felt like I made progress for the first time and now I'm really having a blast. Thanks a lot!
I am glad you make the start videos. you have helped me on getting to the point i can try other stuff. :)
I'm planning on buying star citizen, so this turtorial will give a lot of help! Thank you!
Just got the game - just watched this - my heartfelt thanks brother!! Subbed as well :)
Really looking for start playing Star Citizen soon, great video!!
Never thought to start the game like this. I always buy my starting stuff. Thank you for the vids man
Thanks so much for this video. I've been learalot do this method. It takes me approximately 2x as long but I'm getting there.
Perfect, needed this. Thank you!
Once again HG comes through. First with ED … and now SC. I stand in gratitude sir, 🙏
Great video. I'm really wanting to give this game a bash and this gives a great look at it. Thanks mate!
Thanks for this vid man just started playing this game and was tired of doing bunker missions and thought about switching it up
I play with a bunch of old vets who don't know you can vacuu-suck with the multi tool. Gonna blow their minds when I tell em.
Great video man. I wish I had seen it when I started!
If you are starting out, this video is pure concentrated knowledge. You may wanna watch it a couple times!
Thanks for the advice. It has been a couple of years since I last played. This will give me a great new start next time I return
Thank you for the guide man. Simple, well said, entertaining, and short. I bought a MISC Hull A in 2022 hoping they would soon finish the cargo system and make it fully viable but that never really happened and it stayed profitable for only the players with the big boy cargo haulers. Came back to the game and have been struggling to break past the 300k mark in credits with smuggling but with this guide I think I'm gonna be rolling in credits soon, enough to join in the current scrapper meta with a Vulture.
I have been play for about a year never made much money just messing around with friends, but now we are trying to get more into the game so this guide is great help thank you!!!
Thank you for these starter videos, I always watch them and share them with my friends who just start in SC. Happy Holidays o7
Your excellent videos have been my Star Citizen tutorial. Thank you!
As usual, great video Hawkes! Happy New Year!
Thank you so much for this guide! Been looking for the best way to start in SC in this new patch.
Got back to the game that I got years ago and never played before! Thank you for the help! ;)

Loved the candid style and honesty about getting lucky.

Brand new player here. This is the first really helpful starter vid I've found. Excellent work, man. Thank you.
Just curious... How many fps do you get and what are your specs on your PC because I just did some upgrades and I can't get 30fps
Wow, so many things I learned so quick! I couldn’t thank you enough Hawkes!! 😊
Thanks for the great videos!! I have used your guide on multiple games!! THANKS!!!
Your voice makes me reminisce on the elite and dangerous days, you helped make me sooo much money.
Great video. Thanks. I backed years ago. Finally taking the dive when I build a new computer this year.

This is a great summary for new players. Big tip for salvaging the larger ships, go and buy yourself a pair of trawler heads for the Vulture, much better on the bigger bodywork panels etc.
great video man, i send this to my friends and randoms in game. great guide
Great vid, helpful to even older players that hadn't considered this avenue.
Love your vids, especially your starter or "zero to hero" vids. Got me started when I first got the game.
Good to see you playing this game. Always followed ya on other games and your videos have always been a treat.
Your videos are some of the best out there man. I like listening to you in the background while playing. Keep up the amazing work and we all know how hard you work brother ! 😁👍
Love the videos Hawkes. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
Took a week to get to this point as I was figuring the game out but great video and it helped a ton

Legit! Just starting out, but my brother has been playing for a while, so he’s been a huge help.
Appreciate the tips I cannot wait to try this method so I could finally try salvaging!
