Maybe I'm wrong but if you have such qualifying conditions including amputations, you are already likely to know about smc-o! Personally I hope I NEVER end up qualifying for that!

I qualify for aid and attendance for mild TBI. I have blurred vision, vertigo, bilateral wrist arthritis, and three tears on my right dominant hand since 2017. What smc's would I qualify for? Would I also qualify for PTSD for two types of smc o ?
Never get an answer hete because it is grey area and there is NO specific write up on it, in general yes with scheduler 100% P&T, No with Unemployability. That is all you will find so common sense says NO you cant with SMC...if you could it would state it. If anyone has VA literature confirming my suspicion wrong then PLEASE share it but dont blindly tell Vets with SMC they can work then they loose what they fought so hard to get.

Hello. I am rated 100% for PTSD, 70% for CFS, Fibromyalgia, IBS and Tinnitus and receiving SMC(L) Aid & Attendance. I require A&A for both my mental health disability and my physical disabilities listed above. How do I go about putting the narrative together requesting SMC(O) under this situation? Is there a CFR or a USCS Code that states this qualification that I could refer to or cite in my claim? Thank you.
The VA definitely made an error in your case. According to 38 CFR and the VA's manual M21-1, you qualify for SMC-S if you are 100% for one condition and 60% for an unrelated separate condition. In fact, it looks like you qualify for SMC-S or higher. Here is what 38 CFR says regarding the qualifying criterai for SMC-S: "Total plus 60 percent, or housebound; 38 U.S.C. 1114(s). The special monthly compensation provided by 38 U.S.C. 1114(s) is payable where the veteran has a single service-connected disability rated as 100 percent and, (1)Click to open paragraph tools Has additional service-connected disability or disabilities independently ratable at 60 percent, separate and distinct from the 100 percent service-connected disability and involving different anatomical segments or bodily systems, or"

They cannot, or will not help you if you are 100% P&T to get SMC. Neither will Woods and Woods that are on here.

I noticed you didn't mention someone's age . Is there smc for older service connected veterans?
Can you work from home if you are 100% P&T with SMC L1/2 with Aid & Attendace ?
