You get points for using metric bolts but lose points for Phillips screws. Much simpler than putting a BBQ together. One question, how do the components handle the extreme cold (-40)?
Put your pedals that tight and you will have the devil removing them. I have riden bikes for over 40 years at high levels and I have never had a pedal back out.

Do you recommend any grease for the handle bar and seat stems so that they don't get frozen in the shaft over time?
Is it ok to use oil when tightening the screws?
How long will I have indentations in my hands? 😂

You left out the part about pumping air into the tires.
