I like the Khaki Haze the best, those colors just seem to be catching my attention, and are perfect for the fall. The eye look is so pretty, you always do a great eye look.
It's great that your review is not just about how similar new and old palettes are, but you actually review them as separate products. That's great as not everybody is buying every single palette that comes out and I don't care if it's similar, I don't have the previous ones, I'm just interested if the new ones are good. Thank you for that, it's a great review!
For me it would be better to swatch the whole 2 palettes and line up similar colors so we can see how much overlap there is. Jen Phelps does it this way if you want to see a reference

Tarte has been making some of their palates in China as well and you can tell the difference in quality. Now I’m double checking before I buy. I’m curious now about these palates too.

Love all the swatches and comparisons. It’s really helpful to see the similarities and differences. I did not buy the light nude, the sand palette looks so pretty. Between Natasha Denona, Pat McGrath, and Huda, which formula do you prefer?
I can’t speak for pat mcgrath, but I 💯 prefer ND over Huda. Comparing only ND glam palette and Huda Nude light formulas. Huda shimmers are meh, matte formula gets the job done. But ND shimmers are out of this world and the mattes are a dream to blend and work with.
Yes to swatches(not to see if the formula is silky because we know they may perform differently on the eye area) but more for color-clarity. Also Khaki pleaseeeeee for the 2 looks 1 palette

Love the Huda Beauty khaki haze pallette!! Its beautiful. The formula and pigmentation is bomb!! Very inclusive. Love the color story and price point. I love the looks I've gotten I love everything about it. Overall I enjoy Huda Beauty products
The Kkaki is so pretty, I wish it had more khaki shades instead of those copper shades. A Khaki shimmer would've been so pretty, along with a mustardy type khaki. But as usual you create gorgeous looks.

I always wanted that Mercury retrograde Palette but I can't afford it unfortunately 😔 it's so beautiful! I never used to be into purple but now I live them and really don't have any so I need to find a good affordable purple Palette. I wish I could find a dupe for the mercury retrograde!

I picked up the Khaki & really like it. I've been wanting a true neutral brown/bronze palette that wasn't too red or orange based but not too grey or purple either. This one is perfect & I can pair it with Smokey Obsession to really maximize the different shimmer shades. Purple Haze looks really pretty too but I already own Amethyst & they look very similar. I passed on the 2 deeper Nude Obsessions because they both looked too similar to Mauve Obsession & Ruby Obsession which I have but I did get Nude Light just to have some lighter accent/transition shades. I was a little disappointed in that palette since the shimmers just wouldn't stay put. Even with glitter glue the fallout was terrible. I'm glad the formula on the Haze series is better, at least on the Khaki Haze. Looking forward to seeing more looks with these. I love to mix n match these palettes, they're so versatile when used that way 🎨🎃

Purple one. Looked at these earlier, initially I preferred sand and purple, but looking at sand now, it also looks like the New Nudes Pallete and there’s a red/pink in that formula that looks like the one in there. It pretty much is too close to New Nudes palette as well. Having said that, the transition shades may be slightly different tones as New Nudes pulls very pink in every shade x

I am HUDA Obsessions person. The two collections I did not purchase are NUDEs and PASTELs. This one is intriguing; however, the one the speaks to me is Khaki. For the record, I am also a Rephr collector (newbie). Most of my purchases after the 21 have been from the Concept Store at 1/2 price. LOVE THEM!! I most recently became a natural-hair brush purchaser. Hakuhodo is also good. IMO, though, Rephr is just so incredibly soft. The Rephr 03 has the finest point of any pencil brush in my collection. So far, I have Rephr 02, 03, 15, 16, and 21...and awaiting my most recent order of 01 and 12. I also have the Sonia G Pro Eye set and the Sky Eye Set as well as a couple ESUM (W36--fantastic angle brush and W21). These along with my Sigma, Luxie, and Real Techniques synthetics make for an over all good collection. Back to HUDA, I just may have to have this Haze set.... that Khaki .... I do have all of the original Obsessions (11)
I am an absolute nerd about swatching similar shades in my own collection, so I very much appreciate that you did that! I own Nude light so I can easily pass. I love Huda’s color stories though, I admire every release, even though I don’t need them. 😄

I hear people saying that the Haze Obsessions and Nude Obsessions were made in China! 😳 I really liked Huda Beauty but now I've my doubts. I don't think these high-end brands like Tarte, UD, Huda should manufacture in China to cut costs! Like I'm paying you so much money for a reason, if i really wanted to use Chinese makeup then I could have without spending a fortune.
