Your looks came out beautiful, pretty summer looks, and the purple/orange eye looked like a beautiful sunset 🌅.

The orange/purple one seems so interesting to me but I already own the BH cosmetics poison shock palettes in orange and purple (scorpion sting and nightshade) which have more shimmers/metallics and work really really well... So I'm not going to buy. But I definitely have to look into cake liners more😍 Thank you for the video 🥰

I happened to notice you swatched the second shade in the pan with the finger that had leftover cake liner on it. Do you think that maybe the leftover cake liner on your finger coated the metallic shade in a film because near the end of the look, it almost looks hard panned. If it were me, I'd take a piece of scotch tape over that shade and try it with a brush once more. 🙏🏼🥰
Color me impressed by the green/blue palette. Normally, blues have a lot of fallout. The cake liners are an interesting addition. But the orange/purple is a mess. Purples are "hard to formulate". Huda has sold many different purple mini palettes. They were pretty good. I'm not sure why this one wasn't reformulated. Thanks for testing them out. Have a good one. 💜
Seems like the purple and orange one is not formulated the same as the blue and green one. Karen Harris had the same issue. I might consider picking up the blue and green one - that cake liner looks really good. Thank you so much for the review! Very helpful :)

Maybe if you began with the dark purple it would’ve stuck. Some dark purples don’t build on other mattes ime. I love the color stories & ideas but the quality should be better after all the small palettes they’ve done. The blue seems great for summer.

Everyone had issues with this. Your the only person Iv seen who likes them and says it’s working out although the blues do look patchy during application and aren’t layering well and the shimmers are lack lustre that blue x

These palettes make me wish that Huda would come out with single shadows. My absolute favorite color is coral so the peach shade in the purple orange palette is like my dream shade but I don’t think I need the palette for just one shade lol but on another note I have a question….. I finally just received my Sephora sale order today. I got the melt Gemini ♊️ palette and I absolutely love it but I was curious if you think getting the first one is worth it? I never got the first but I feel like they would be pretty to use together since the new one is very dark.

The blue green palette is a neat color story, but I wouldn’t get much use out of it, so I have to pass. The quality of the Orange purple was a disappointment. A part of me kind of wonders now how the Colourpop NBA collab palette with that same color story compares.

The green/blue palette applied much, much better than the purple/orange one and you created a pretty decent look 👌. The purple/orange wasn't great at all though! Don't these brands test their products before launching and before making untrue claims? My verdict : Disappointing 😞 Love ya! 💚💜💙🧡
It’s funny to me how the blue and green only has one true green - like wth.. there are more purpley-toned shades in this one. Even the liner is purple-ish.. sooo dissapointed. Green is my fave color so I was hoping for more..

I feel like the split pan should have been the cake liners, since you don't need a fluffy shadow brush for those and they often are sold in split pans
