Hands down the best wheelie tutorial I've seen. I like how Ryan gives you some realistic progression steps so newbies don't think they can jump to full blown high speed wheelies, (and crash and hurt themselves) he's honest about the "practice a lot" (each step). AND the other advice I've heard is practice first on a lighter, crash-bar-equipped wheelie bike before your clean, heavy Harley that you don't want to drop.

So I tried this technique by slipping the clutch giving it throttle and letting off the clutch lever too fast. Never ever have i ever tried a wheelie this way in all of my 25 years of riding. I couldn't get the dyna to come up. The way that works for me is snapping that clutch lever or popping it out letting it slip off my finger while cranking the throttle up. My tire doesn't spin most the time, instead the front end comes up. Maybe it's because I'm a heavier person. But popping the clutch lever out is what works for me. I just need to get over the fear of balance point and using that rear brake.

Never got to wheeling but also never got comfy. Looking to a road glide now Ryan. Any direction you could give would be appreciated. I caught the road glide build you did and I'm not opposed to that at all.
Really depends on what you’re wanting to do with the bike if you’re looking for something that’s a good riding bike an 09 or later. Stunt Rider 06 or earlier
@@kruesioriginals really a good rider that I can occasionally rip on and stand up. My legs are so long I can barely shift mid controls and as much as I like the saddle man I feel like that puts me even lower. The black bagger with gold forks you did was slick. Something like tha is kind of what I was seeing or dyna with fxrt fairing.
Chest cam on drifts.... im afraid I lay it down immediately, October challenge had my fxd standing up nicely
Hell yeah good work
I want to tank you, I did what you said, I did it on the FXR, I did 2 hrs a day for about 5 months to be really comfortable, then I bought a 2023 low rider ST with the 117 and I did the same thing did baby steps with my new bike, your shit works and trust and believe you have to put the hours in trust me, but I do need help about drifting now but my bike has damn ABS, so how would I drift with having ABS? thank you and love all you content, it's like a Bible to me.. lol my goal is to be great at all I do on a bike and safe, yes I wear my helmet... lmfao
Ahhhh fuck, I'm gonna be a wheelie king! I've been trained by the king. Love ya Ryan lol
Question: Looking for that CV carb mod info you do for these stunt builds! You've mentioned it a few times in some of your vids and would love to get that info. Thanks
We’re going to do a video with the parts have been back ordered for so long we haven’t been able to get any. Once we do we’re going to put it all back together and get them back on the website
@@kruesioriginals Sooooo? It's a parts mod you do then? I'll keep an eye out for those.
Hell yeah! Thanks for making this video! I’ve been trying to get to the balance point . This helps
What tire pressure do you run, and Do you change it from drifting to wheelies?
Following
This is the video you need... After you buy a cheap dirt bike and dump it countless times until you master the wheelie on that bike. I am no expert on wheeling motorcycles, but if you have never wheelied you NEED to learn rear brake control. Sometimes you need to push the limits to learn and dumping a bike you don't care much about will help you learn the basics 100 times faster..... Note: just got to the 9min mark on the video, 110 would be a great start!
What year is your bike? Great video man!
02 fxdx
@@kruesioriginals Thanks for the reply man
Kruesi. Nice video on teaching how to wheelie. along with all the hours on learning to master how to truly ride a bike in case of a emergency . I have one Question !!! WHERE IS YOUR GEAR -MY MAN? Sweating balls hot( I'M LOCATED IN HOT ASS HELL AZ as well) or not always have gear on .
I am 100% wearing all of the proper safety gear. Helmet, Moto gloves, Kruesi Originals T-shirt, cut off dickie shorts for respect, tall socks, and vans. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
YOUR TOO MUCH;)
What handle bars are you running i.e. tracker mid, tracker high, or tracker? Thank you for these videos, like your bikes, very good information too!
There’s tracker nothing on my motorcycle. But you can watch the whole building our how to build a Stunt bike video series
Ryan is our Mr. miyagi we all needed. Cause I’m the only Harley stunt guy in my area and it’s sad 😂 and I’m very mediocre
My dude I was the only one in Arizona for a long long time it’s brutal doing it by yourself. Get out there and inspire some more people in your area it will it will help you in the long run
@@kruesioriginals that’s plan big homie! Thanks for the content I love this channel 🤙
@@kruesioriginals I can get up pretty high. But I always end up chasing it out. I didn’t know you ride the break on the way up definitely gonna try that.
@@jerrycool3034 You don’t necessarily ride it but you want to catch it with a break you kind of just massaging the very top of the brake pressure
@@kruesioriginals right I see what you mean kinda throw it up hard and catch it with the break
Kruesi with the fire 🔥
What are the odds you think I can wheelie my 114 road glide with cams and dyno tuned? I guess I should try the first steps and see if it will even hop
Dude, I can’t wait to learn to look like a badass lol
Most accurate wheelie video ive seen and ive watched 100’s. Everyone else says body position but as soon as i started to learn i told my wife its body English thats key not position. Spot on kruise !!!
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Bad idea trying this on my 2016 FXDLS?? I have it all setup, full suspension front and rear, legends 14in. / axeo. Plus everything else basically
Got a 07 warrior 1700, and I can go thru some back tires but can’t get this Beast up lol. Crotch rocket toooo easy.
As long as you come down on limiter, not dropping ot hard. Will my stock front notor mount hold up doing this? I do have upgraded front suspension progressive hd fork springs and heavier oil
