Dolphin කොත්තු කියලා කියන්නේ ඕක හදන විදිය වෙනස් නිසා. සාමාන්ය කොත්තු grill plate එකේ හැදුවට dolphin කොත්තුව හදන්නේ wok එකක නැත්නම් pan එකක, ඒ වගේම මේකට ගන්න රොටියත් ගොඩක් ලොකු කෑලි වලට තමා ගන්නේ. ඒ වගේම තමයි මේ කොත්තුව හදද්දී හොදි ගොඩාක් දාලා තමයි හදන්නේ(කනකොට ආයෙ හොදි දාගන්න ඕනි නැති වෙන ගානට). ඉතින් මේකට dolphin කොත්තු කියන්න හේතුව වෙන්නේ කොත්තුව හදනකොට මේ ලොකු රොටි කෑලි හොද්දේ mix වෙනකොට ඒක පේන්නේ හරියට dolphins ලා මුහුදු රැල්ලේ උඩ යට යනව වගේ, එහෙම තමා ඔය නම ආවා කියන්නේ 😄 (වැරදි නම් නිවැරදි කරන්න ☺️)
