JJB Lean Factory Tour | With Alex Ramirez | July 2022

Around a year ago (May 2021) we started to make daily videos of the teams lean improvements and 3s, this was inspired by Alex Ramirez who was doing exactly that with his team at Tube-Alloy in Texas, USA! We were very happy to welcome him for a Lean tour, he made this awesome video!
We have been working on eliminating waste and growing people for around 3 years now. It's been difficult, but we never gave up!
