So I'm tired of not being able to locate crappie except by accident. I'm gonna break down and buy a garmin striker 4 for my kayak. The plan is to get it tournament ready and do the whole kayak tourney thing for fun.
Thanks for sharing with us the fishing gear that you use and passing along great info. Mann… I need to do a one on one lesson with you on this setup and make a meat run with you as well.
Great video and I know a few bass spawn in the fall if the water stays at a certain temperature with the moon phase so it’s possible a few crappie will to
@@903fishing Crappie mostly spawn in the early spring season but crappie may spawn in the fall as well. What is this? This can happen as the fall days resemble the spring season in terms of water temperature.
Do you have trouble with the bobber stoppers getting hung up on the tip eye? I have a 7'6" ACC 2 piece and am using the same type stopper and about every other cast the stopper gets hung up.
This video is awsome! I just purchased one of the Runcl scales. If I want to take my kids out. This looks like the best way for them to catch them? The problem I have is finding brush piles. What would you do going to a new lake? Scan the river channels in the lake near points?
Yes! On a new lake, I will go to those main lake points and deeper coves. Also look for buoy markers. People will drop brush near those because that is a land mark for them to find it later. Thanks for watching! God bless
It's in low 70s here in Kentucky and I don't know why but if the minnow isnt moving the crappie won't hit it. It has to be actively swimming I tried to hook it like you do and nothing is hitting unless it's actively moving.
You have to move the minnow and work they minnow back to you. Pop, pop, stop. Use different motions. See what they want. Thanks for watching! God bless
