Affordable? $300,000/$400,000. These guys are on crack. Who the heck wants to live close to Disney anyways. The traffic is horrendous on all those highways. Davenport wasn’t nice about 10 years ago. Now it’s just another congested area in Florida with extremely high priced homes That aren’t worth anything. High taxes/homeowners insurance/auto insurance/utilities/etc. Affordable my ass! 😂😂
