It is on US27 and Sandmine Road, 5 miles south of the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Highway) and 3 miles north of the I-4 Highway. Windsor Island is made up of 421 Single Family Homes and 268 TownHomes built from 2020 to 2023. This is a gated community. Windsor Island Resort is the idea Vacation Community. Close to Disney World and the homes range from 5 to 10 bedrooms. They are between 2271square feet up to 4398 square feet. You can enjoy a beautiful pool patio, games rooms and all the amenities with plenty of space for the whole family to relax in and enjoy.
Orlando’s world-class theme parks and attractions are easily reached from this beautiful community, as are a wide range of shops and restaurants to choose from. Florida's award-winning beaches can be reached in only 1 hour and 15 minutes on either side of the state! All of the homes have bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool patio. You will find that many of those have two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for an in-law suite or someone who doesn't do stairs. The homes have multiple en-suite bathrooms off of the bedrooms. This community was developed with Vacation Homes and Short Term Rentals in mind. Large homes with comfort and privacy for multiple guest. You can NOT live in Windsor Island full time as the community is for investment short term rentals only. This means that the maximum stay per guest/rental is 30 days per year. Games rooms are not allowed in the garages. These stipulations are in the HOA docs/by laws.
Vacationers can enjoy the resort amenities like the beautiful zero entry pool, Water slide, lazy river, spa, cabana’s, hammocks, splash zone, a sand volleyball court, Put-Put mini golf course, basketball court or the clubhouse that has a state of the art fitness center and game room. There is a CDD in Windsor Island Resort, Townhomes: $1100-$1300 annually, Single family 40's series: $1800-$2200 annually, Single family 50's series: $2200-$2400 annually. This will be paid on your taxes. The HOA is, at the time of this writing, is between $390 to $410 based on the size of your home.
