Great choice bro!!👌🏼i bet u felt the BIG difference from the stock gearing that these 2v's come from factory right it feel like a different car i have 4:10's gears on mine the only thing i don't like about the 4:10's gears is that i spin alot specially on 1st gear and a little bit on 2nd gear im thinking🤔 of buying wider tires
I definitely will feel a huge difference once they are installed yeah. That’s what deterred me from going with 4.10’s. I do have 305 Nitto’s on the rear which hook well so maybe I wouldn’t have as much wheel spin
Idk it depends on your area, most shops charge here in a NJ about $100-145/hr and it’s around a 3 hour job so I couldn’t tell you the rate out there. I’d call shops and see what they say

I’m taking it to a place in northern new jersey and gonna use my tuner to adjust the speeds. Yeah we’ll do 0-60, highway speeds, burn outs and more before and after comparison for everyone

Thanks for the support! And honestly they are great. Top end power has increased drastically and 5th gear actually has some punch to it. Would highly recommend the Ford Performance 373s

Ratchet Wrenches I got the same kit that you have plus the aluminum driveshaft and rear axle bearing & seal kit.

Did you have to change to 31 spline axles to put in the Torsen? Planning on getting 3.73’s but debating if I should switch diffs or not.
Nope! Chose the option for the 28 spline. I know a lot of people make the switch though

My 03 mach1 has 4. 11 and it has a lot of wheel spinning out of first and second third is a chirp of tires
I’ve heard that’s a common theme with the bigger gears in this car. Unless you have thick street tires or radials you’re gonna spin em a lot

Yeah they do I was referring to me upgrading to a Torsen T2 with the worm / helical gear which is much better then the clutch plated LSD
