@666nargarothfreak666 yup. but I think some people are a lost cause. I played by ear from the get-go and that's mostly how I play. I don't know scales or anything. I just play what sounds good to me. I guess that's a bad thing cause I'd probably be better if I learned scales and more chords...but I'm lazy.
@messerJ4H Yeah, but being unable to sing on-key isn't the same as being tonedeaf, it takes practice and effort to sing well all the time. My guess is that Quorthon either didn't care, or even wanted it to sound a bit raw and unfinished. Just listen to the sound quality on all of his albums.
Yeah it so strange. He was really good composer. It wasn't a very complicated music but it was moving. What is strange is that he was probably tone deaf...
