Chicken legs. Not a fan however it is the least expensive meat i can find. So i boil the legs and remove all the meat. Then i dice up or shred with mixer. Now its in an acceptable form that i can use in recipes LOL! Crepes, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, tetrazzini, stuff shells with spinach or mushrooms, etc. Cant tell that there is leg meat, no difference in taste from thigh meat says my taste buds. 😊
Adding a pinch of salt to your milk when you open it can help it last several days past the use by date. You don't taste the salt. We have a "buffet" night at least once a week. It just sounds nicer than leftovers. 🙂
When i need to use up milk, i use it to make pudding, bread pudding, add a splash of vinegar to have buttermilk for biscuits or pancakes/waffles. Sometimes if still fresh, make ricotta. Its a way to use for cheese sauce over veg or pasta (mac n cheese)!

Love this video. It was encouraging and enlightening.
But, I think beans and rice may be cheaper than eggs as far as protein is concerned.
