I do almost all of my workouts at home. It’s nice to feel free to experiment with movement and not worry if someone sees me fall over or “fail”. Even ten minutes of focused exercise can make a difference in mood and physique. 👍🔥. Stay warm for now, and when you do walk share some footage! NE is on my bucket list of places to visit💫.

Good Morning! I really like the color of your walls. The sunlight coming through the curtains just make this whole picture beautiful. All my YT friends who have these type of indoor gardens do really well. I've tried and tried for years to just plant them in the warm house and I never ever have good luck in the end. Where did you get set up? I hope you show us if you have the time. We also have deer who are just garden joy killers. Bunnies too. Hundreds of bunnies. Yes! I love growing herbs! I have rose bushes and some other flowers that do well. The animals leave those alone because they're close to the house and front porch. Too "peopley" for the deer for sure! I do not buy "baby" carrots. Nasty little things get way too "sus" after they've been in the fridge a while. I do need to start taters in buckets this year. They do well here. Our deal is here in the PNW Our summer starts about July 5th before the temps stay 50 or over at night. There's not enough sun. "Life after Winter" LOVE it! You've enouraged me. I think I'm going to start some Sunflowers in Cups. Thank you, Mimi!

I soak my peas in a cup of water for 24 hours before planting - this has helped me get a better germination rate. Finished the applesauce, baking some peasant bread (super easy table bread), and turning leftover pot roast into beef stroganoff over noodles for dinner. Next weekend I am taking a lazy Sunday.
