At school we were told that Jane died on the 10th day after giving birth of PUERPURAL FEVER.
I almost died after the birth of my son ..I didn't start to get ill until 4 days after his birth
No exactly favourite. Just because she gave birth to a son.
I doubt she had a caesarean as.no anaesthetic.
Quite, plus Jane is recorded as living several days after the birth. Almost certainly puerperal fever/sepsis.
Also much later in history some caesareans were performed after mother died.Not bikini cut but large vertical cut like in 50s and 60s.
