    Very very well said.i watched a video from fitmuscletv on same topic which is totally trash by the way. I urge all fitmuscle watchers to watch this video for right info.hats off to this guy who actually gives the right info to ppl than others who dont know anything but just making videos for views only.apart from 2 mitochondrais all is good and want to add one thing take it with creatine for more effectiveness. I tried it with creatine on dozens of my students and it gives very good results

    You did really right research on L - carnitine, many people take this orally with empty stomach or without carbs...but i have seen the major difference in a very short time period on me, maine L carnitine humesa breakfast ke bad liya gym jane se 1 hr pahle morning me ya fir lunch me when some times i go gym after noon/early evening. This really worked on me.

      I actually take CARNIQ tablet from medical store. It's L-Carnitine 500 mg each tablet. I take 1 tablet with first oat meal of day. 1 tablet with 5 pm when I take bread slice. It worked nicely in 2 months then I stopped for a break. Next cycle I plan to go 2000 mg a day.

    First of all it's an honour to find u on ... I have seen some of Ur videos..and thankyou very much for helping and guiding people around the world. If I may ask you one question pls.. I do morning workout and prefer to do empty stomach or just with a protein shake 30 mins before my workout. And as Ur video regarding L-carnatine to be taken with carbs.. so would it be ok if I take it one dose as post workout my first meal and the second dose may b with my 3rd or 4 the meal..?       It becomes soft while beginning to work out bro it has nothing to do with L carnitine
      But if you want results take it with a good diet and after clean carb meal not on empty stomach, Because it will reach in body fast
      This is same as shown in this video

    No disrespect you did made a valid point Jeet but you never mentioned the amount of carbohydrates one should eat for L CARNITINE to be effective and further more should one consume 2g over the entire day or at once or before a workout ?
    I think if we are trying to hand out information the least we can do is make serious effort specially when we are challenging the research and study backing up the fact that it is not effective.

      No special Carb dose is required, take with normal carb diet. Don't jump to 2g from first day. First 2 weeks take 1 g ( in two doses per day with 6 hrs gap between each 500 mg dose). Third week u can take 1g with meal and another 1 g in second meal. Don't use contiously for more than 12 weeks.

      Always take L- carnitine after carbs meal 1 hr before gym either morning, nun,evening...pore din jis ek time pe bhi aap carbs lete ho us time pe gym jane se 1 hr pahle.

      @@mayanksafes LCarnite Works best with Carbohydrates since Whey is a dairy derivative there you can still get a small amount of carbs. Try to have a banana after having Whey or else u can mix the Liquid LCarnitine with any Isotonic drink or Glucose it will work in that condition also

    Hi Jeet.. useful information bro. Actually I have protein, Creatine, L-Carnitine, Fish Oil and multivitamin capsules. Please explain me,in a day when to take and how much amount to take these supplements !!

      Protein 2 gm per kg of ur body weight ,split it three times a day,in morning ,aftr workout in evening,before bed casein protein
      Creatine 5 gm before workout
      L carnitine before workout atleast 45 min before 1 tab once a day
      Fish oil and multivitamin twice a day
      Thats how i use it bro....its working great for me from last 7 years.

      take your protien..post workout..and
      creatine pre workout
      and fish oil and multivitamin just after your breakfast
      carnitine with your post workout shake..with some simple carbs like white bread etc.
      creatine dosage depends on your fitness level
      and DRINK ALOT OF WATER AS U R TALKING LOTS OF SUPPS ATLEAST 4-5 litres

      hot dude ur mp l carnitine liquid must be having 30 servings per container.... take 1 tablespoon three times a day ...... means 3 tablespoon in a day in all.....and yes do keep the container in fridge/refrigerator after opening.

      hot dude one tablespoon is 15 ml brother.. take three times a day atleast else it will have no effect....
