When I was in my early early twenties, I had the exact condition Amanda describes her daughter having. I went to my GP who said it was a fungal infection - and then prescribed a fungal treatment cream. Worked like a charm and Never had it since. Might be worth checking in with The GP again, to look into that?

I bought this on CH recommendation a few years ago, I grew up with KP and hated it, my daughter had started with it and as soon as I heard caroline talk about it I was on it like a car bonnet! Love it!!! So happy I could help my daughter with her KP as I had to live with it as a teenager

I have SEVERELY clinically dry skin, whereby no matter what the time of year or whatever else I tried the skin would flake off my face (gross I know!). I bought Egyptian Magic on a flight out to my holiday in Majorca and o.m.g. it is AMAZING! I could not recommend it highly enough! Even in the height of summer or the freezing week before Christmas, it still works! All ingredients are natural - give it a try!

You should try some of the actives though to keep your gorgeous face the way it is. Honestly, I waited too and I'm sorry now because my skin looks sixty something. I'm 49. (In my head I'm still 18 - the rest of my body is just uncooperative!!). Don't wait until you regret it too girl. Stay gorgeous.

Hi :) I am currently using the Cerave sa cream but have been using Ameliorate for the past few years. Having kp and very dry skin, I personally prefer Ameliorate because I feel it's more nourishing... However, with Cerave I noticed better results in less days, even though my skin wasn't as plump as it is with Ameliorate... Anyway, as soon as I finish Cerave I'll go back with Ameliorate (body lotion in the gym bag and cream on my nightstand). Hope that might be useful :)
Hi Nadine love your channel and your down to earth approach. I was hoping for some advice from you. I am 54 and I have little bumps on my face around my neck & chin area they are not clumped together they are fairly spread apart they look a bit like millia but they are not millia they seem more like tiny warts, i'm not sure if they are spreading I don't want them to spread onto my face what can I do ? I use a scrub 1-2 times a week & this temporarily makes them less noticable ( or do you think this may spread them if they are warts ? ) I occasionally use glycolic acid wipes & I use products with salicylic acid in them most nights, they are skin coloured & makeup disguises them a bit...I just don't like them ! any Idea what they could be & what I could try to reduce them please.... I can't afford to see a dermatologist...I only wish I could. x
SuperPresleyfan it sounds like milia or karotosis pilaris. I know you said it’s not milia but it really does sound like that. You should try retinol. It should clear both of these conditions. Just be sure to use retinol on completely dry face at night n wear a sunscreen.

Anna Johns Yes, GP, mine helped, I get tiny cysts that look like milia and I thought could be moles on my neck, he diagnosed them although I didn’t like what he prescribed 😂 I prefer Nadine/Caroline Hirons solutions!

So many of these products are things Nadine loathes... (physical exfoliants, essential oils on face etc...) I used to use everything Amanda liked before switching to Nadine's science-based approach for actives/hyaluronic acid/ niacinamides/acids. My skin has never been better. Each to their own x Nadine knows her sh#t.

I have a skin condition where I HAVE to use a physical scrub on my skin. So no hate but when Nadine says physical scrubs are not necessary or its a generation thing, I disagree and think she is over generalizing.
