Every day I use the vitamin c capsules and every night the resveratrol capsules. Am on maybe 7th or 8th jar of Super Healthy Skin moisturizing body polish. Maybe 3rd tube of Wondergloss in Shimmereen. I give those as gifts often.
Hi Lara. I heard they have revamped their membership program and you can now pay a yearly fee and rather than the confusing monthly fee will the spending allowance thing.
I was a member until recently when noticed the price point difference between UK/US sites $59/£59 yearly membership is not the same, I thought they are a UK based company? I contacted them to voice this view pointing out UK based companies like Revolution Beauty & Inkey List roughly charge the consumer the same in both countries. Their reply was they do not take currency conversion into consideration? Most of their product is manufactured in Europe! Oh well. Overcharged in the UK as usual. Shame.
The brightening primer ( one of your least favourites) is one of my favourites. I don't use a lot and it gives a lovely subtle glow. The tinted one is also lovely. 🙂
The eye creams are fantastic - I have the user youth and the super retinol ones, although they did discontinue my favourite one last year 😭 also love Japanfusion cleanser and the undereye corrector!
I paid £10 for the day pass (you have 24hrs to spend... and can spend up to £300 on products) yesterday to buy loads of Christmas presents. Excited to share some of their products with family. As a designer I worked a lot in the past with brands / marketing and I just love the concept of Beauty Pie. People are totally blind to the HUGE add on to the cost of products for "branding/marketing"... but as a consumer its money down the drain.
I love the jeju daily stem cell and the new HAPPY FACE. My bathroom is full of beauty pie. Probably be dead before I use it up as I am 72. I can't use retinol as I used Dermatica and I can't use vitamin c but I want to try the hand cream
I really love the sleep oil from beauty pie. I bought it over a year ago and I’ve still got half the bottle. You really don’t need much at all, 2-3 drops 👍
They are doing a £10 day pass now, works better for me I'd never pay the £59 annual fee. Made my first order yesterday but it kept glitching on their website. Strange really. Not sure if I'll make another order from them. I tend to use fragrance direct as it's cheaper, although a lot of products are old discontinued stock. Can be hit & miss.
Yes I just saw that when I was doing the screen recording, that’s changed very quickly! I think it’s a great idea though as it confuses lots of people x
I have the sheer tinted spf and use it instead of foundation over their moisturiser (the one that looks like the sun block but with a pink rim around the lid) for everyday at work. I do find my face goes a little greasy towards the afternoon so maybe I should try it straight on the skin with no moisturiser 🤔 The ted baker shimmer lotion sounds intriguing can you tell me the name of it please or link? Thanks 🙂 x
I know what you mean about the primer. I don’t get on with the tinted spf as I find it quick thick and cakey. However if I mix it with the wonder filter primer, it goes on so much better. So I’ve found a use for both now! x
Hi Lara. Fab video. Have you tried the Triple Hyaluronic Acid Deep Moisture Miracle Cream? I hate anything greasy and this glides on like silk and is quite amazing. I'm with you on the tinted moisturiser and the Flash False Lash Mascara is just amaaaaazing. Have loads of other BPie things but these are great as are the FutureLipsticks.
Ooh no I have not!! Thanks for the tip, really good to know! I need a new moisturiser. And the mascara sounds amazing, I might try that next as I tried a different one to the massive fan and it wasn’t as good! Not tried the future lipsticks either! Where have I been?! X
I’m still confused 🤣 so the membership is £15 a month - ok then I added the products and it’s asking me to pay say £50 but saying I have £200 monthly 😅 so should I not just pay £15 and get the products ‘free’?
It's ridiculous (but worth it). Think of it in terms of "units" instead - you're allowed to spend, say, 50 units per month and then each product is worth a certain number of units. You pay in pounds or dollars, obviously, and that price is clear but if you consider you have 50 units to spend and you can get a candle that's 40 units and a konja sponge that's 10 units, you've spent your allowance. Or two 25 unit moisturizers or foundations. Or whatever, mix and match. You're not limited in how much actual money you spend, that will vary according to the prices of the things, but only in the unit value. And to make things even more idiotic they don't correlate so one "20 unit" item might cost 12.45 and another might cost 10.60. It's an insanely stupid way to do business still, they should just have an annual subscription fee and let people buy whatever they want, but that's not how it works yet.

Umm, they've changed the memberships and now it's £59 for the year and it gives you over £3000.00 allowance xx

I don't use skincare but when I do maybe 3 times a year I just use say boots own brand. Skincare doesn't do anything for me other than breaks me out.
