- Destiny 2 Season of Arrivals - Solo Flawless Prophecy Dungeon Guide w/ No Raid Exotics or Pinnacle Weapons Used. This is a complete guide showing tips for all 3 classes on how to solo the new Prophecy Dungeon in Season of Arrivals. I show how to approach each area on all 3 classes, without relying on pinnacle weapons or raid exotics (aka Anarchy). I only use things you can obtain solo, and show safe ways to clear encounters. Details and links below.
A lot of people said they wanted a guide on this, so here it is. A little late to getting this all done sorry, I just wanted to make sure I got it right. It's not the most optimal setup you can use either, but it is an accessible one that anyone can use. As I mentioned at the start of the video, Taken & Hive Mods will be very beneficial, and I'd suggest being over 1055 power level if you want to do this. Neither are necessary, but will be helpful regardless.
I also know that a video like this would benefit from audio included, but for me personally I want to stick to my own niche of no voiceovers and just helpful videos that don't require audio :) Hopefully this is still helpful regardless.

My PC setup is nothing too crazy at all, but the specs are:
i7-8700, GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4-3000 Ram, 256GB SSD, 2TB HDD.
Allows me to run max settings at constant 60FPS while recording. Which is about all I need for now :)

Hive barrier and Taken barrier, they stack together? Or just using both together count as a one ? (If the enemies were taken hive)
@Bestow5000 I think taken barrier and hive barrier they don't stack together, both mods will activate but you gain the same damage resistance % . That's what I noticed when I tested it. Later I will test high resilience + recovery with taken mods and see how it goes.

Another good tip for hexahedron is that you don't need to stand still in the middle of the room to rotate it. Just run straight through the middle and the room will still rotate.

Yes, all super damage ignores those immune shields and standing in a well makes your guns count as super damage

This is false, I can confirm that they still shoot you, trust me...
invisibility is just bugged, mobs keep shooting at me when I am invisible, even when I run everywhere
The taken give zero effs about invis, so annoying

another tip in cube room: if toland is on the ceiling, you can look at each side of the cube and see which side does not have a symbol and complete that side, instead of a random side to rotate

Tip for the second encounter: You only need to run over the platform in the middle and you’ll be teleported a few seconds later, this lowers the risk of being shot when you get teleported up.
Actualy, tips for Hunters: Dont roll when you take the mote ih hand, because its disappeared.
Same goes for all class abilities, dont use them while your motes are full
Any class ability makes your max motes disappear sadly
Side note: if you dodge INTO the last mote then you get invisibility and you can keep all your motes. Safest way to do it and it works as long as you start the dodge before you grab the mote
roll 1st then pick max motes then bank

I would highly recommend using a sword to fly to the top and skip the entrance. The way you do this is to hop on the globes at the start of the entrance, then jump up and swing to the top. Using whatever subclass/ability, such as icarus dash or hunter dodge is useful at the top.

For those looking to do this after raid/legacy changes, taken and hive mods no longer work due to the new restrictions on them (only active during certain raids). Good luck guardians!
Survivability was tough for me even with bottom tree sunbreaker titan. I found that my masterworked riskrunner in conjunction with recuperation mods, to regen health on orb pick up, helped a boat load.

That thing with the cube and how the hobgoblin and knight spawns are tied to each other was what I was missing I couldn’t figure it out you’re a life saver
I'll be working on my solo flawless starting this week so this will be a big help!
Side note about the cube room. If he’s on the ceiling and you want the encounter to go somewhat faster, look for the side of the cube that doesn’t have a symbol. Each time you flip the room, a symbol gets carved on the cube for the respective side, once all sides have symbols on them, then you work towards getting to the 2 bosses
Thanks for the guide, i didn't have anarchy and taken mod for heavy ammo but still completed the dungeon relatively quickly ( it took me in total 4 hrs and i got on the fifth attempt, the run was around 1 to 1,5 hrs)

We have done it with 3 people and it was so hard. It's unbelievable how he know's the dungeon that good where everything spawns and where it is safe. Especially the part where you have to dunk motes to go to the damage phase of the final boss.

During rainbow road, the rightmost path at the very beginning keeps you out of harm’s way best I think. When the 3 paths fork after the second pyramid, the middle path (you have to jump down to it) is he easiest and requires killing no extra enemies. After the corkscrew, you can jump down again to avoid dealing with the path twisting around.
Do these more often. I’m not skilled to solo these, but I can show my team this and we can put it into practice and hopefully beat it.
At first I was really scared to try solo this but this video broke down the strategies and made it not as scary, got it after a few attempts thanks

I've taught myself how to do this dungeon solo flawless and I have to say...
This man is absolutely right about EVERYTHING in this dungeon. I never did climb the cube room, but looking back it would've been wayyy easier, because you can avoid the holes a lot better lol.
This is a very hard triumph and this man just gave the best tips on how to complete it.

Yeah, I think the Taken Mods are kinda really super nessecary for this one in particular, because OOF I just keep getting completely wasted all the time without them. Still, good notes! Hope I can end up with them before the season runs out.

for the hexahedron i used izanagi's burden. there are few safe spots in the room but if you're smart and you get honed edge to 3 or 4, you can one tap the snipers on the top. it's a little risky but if you don't have xeno it'll work too, tested at 1030 light

I soloed nightfalls in d1 as hunter. Also you can solo intro spire of stars only as hunter
yeah was bamboozled with description saying hunters fast as f and do a lot of dps, now i regret that i choose this shitty class

God if only there was a class mod that allowed hunters to begin regen when they dodge rather then needing to use an exotic for it
Or even changing a subclass a bit to allow the melee to proc some sort of survivability (like health regen or overshield)

quick reminder, the dungeon solo has to be completed in one sitting. If you leave at any point, you have to restart to get any of the solo triumphs

For the boss fight, a precision frame bow with taken spec will one shot the hobgoblins. Hush works best overall.

Minor spec also does work, but taken spec is better for doing DPS to the boss.
Hey love your vids , learned so much but this dungeon is crazy hard now ( season chosen ) I have solo flawless everything else . Any chance of an updated guide ? I have watched and tried to copy all your new 1s but the final boss room is crazy !! Seem to Agro all knights ! Never ending psion spawn and motes going under map ! I can’t even do it on invis hunter which is usually easy mode solo . Pleas please give in detail tips ? For ever grateful , faithful follower !

this is way harder in beyond light with the 5 trillion psions constantly damaging you
In the final boss room you are safe from most of the bosses damage while standing in a corner next to one of them I think. The knights and ads can still kill you and I don't know if it only works in some of the rooms.
8:56 well you don't have to follow Toland, just simple bank motes to the side of the cube without any circle symbol. If you just extinguish random light, you may just rotate to the same room you done before and wasted a turn for no reason.
Do a video on where you explain and show your builds for like grandmasters and dungeons
