It's funny during the tomb exploration part, I thought how Wiggins/mages in that world come too dependent on their magic to do stuff like open a door, activate a lever or turn some gear mechanism... And then you find those poor fish on the bridge and mention how he can't pick them up with their hands to save them, hah! I'm sooo happy we finally got to meet Anne! Her uncle is so uncool, though. I almost died with the butt staring contest, lol. Can't wait for the next ep! **Also, funny thing, Wiggins' scarf fabric is literally the same my favourite handbag is made of!
What a good point! I can imagine that for someone like Wiggins, growing up with as little as he did and having to work double-time to get anything he wanted or needed (if he could get it at all), magic would be such a boon, that he might go overboard with it! I'm sure Holmes would not approve. 😅 Those fish were a waste! Reminded me of the poor fish wasted by stupid whats-his-face in the third "Hobbit" film. 😂 Anne is so sweet, but yes, I can't stand the uncle. Something felt very off about the guy. (Butt-staring contest. 😂😂😂 I was dying when that happened. I spent a good three minutes trying to speak and just laughing after! Hahaha! Sebastian's got 99 problems, and that's the 100th.) As for the scarf, that is SO cool! It looks like a gorgeous fabric, and the pattern is eerie but also very neat. I wonder if the devs took inspiration from the bag? (Otherwise, double check you still have it. Wiggins was into pick-pocketing before everything, and perhaps he "borrowed" yours to make a nice scarf. 😂) Thanks always for the great comments and support! 🥰
@@Gizmo_Penguin Right?? There's something off about the uncle, I'd say even fishy! I'll take a photo of the handbag and post it on Discord, it's uncanny!
These early quests with Lodgok (sp?) were some of my favorite. I really wish there were a lot more with the goblins. Some of the cut scenes too with them are well done. Expressions, body language, mannerisms, I actually find rather enjoying watching the cut scenes. But the goblins themselves are interesting, and I do feel there's a lot more potential with them that hasn't been addressed. The whole storyline with Anne is indeed tragic. I do admire Sebastian's dedication to his sister. There's a lot of speculation about HL2 and the continuation with this storyline. For me, I hope the storyline will present to us a conclusion with a choice. I don't want to see Sebastian go bad. He is a good person, after all, who is "leaping without looking" and thus making poor decisions. It's beginning to snowball for him. Rather like real life for many people where events in life do seem to get out of control, bad things happen that was all unintentional. Still, as they say "the road to hell is filled with good intentions." Excellent storyline tho.
