I wish the compulsory dances would come back
Me too! I watch them at every Nationals and Worlds that I attended. We would sit in the arena for at least six hours. As a former ice dancer, it was one of my favorite events.

the french judge was very ridiculous here
She actually tied Klimova & Ponomarenko with Engi & Toth from Hungary. In the first dance. Tied for 4th with them. K&P were 1st with all other judges in that first CD, and E&T were 7th in the first dance.
The Duchensnay's were very weak in their CD. I would have had them 4th. Honestly, they didn't deserve to be on the Podium at all.
