Is the cape made of fabric? It seems not.

The cape/cloak is made of fabric cloth with red on the inside, and a white fake leather-like material on the outside. A wire is inside the cape for posing as well.

I recommend clear nail polish. Not the most permanent solution but it fixed mine right up
