I have the MCD double in Red (exclusive to a drum shop in TX) and the matching MDD HH stand. Smoothest, fastest, most adjustable pedals on the market. The technology here is lightyears ahead of anyone else.
Dude is amazing! I went to Harrisburg to try out these pedals last week and am going back to decide between the chain drive and the direct but will be bringing one of the 2 home for sure! Incredible craftsmanship and playability on both so it's gonna be a hard decision! Especially since I am more used to chain driven pedals.

Surely, one of the most useful inventions of the past years, actually. Making the amateur drummer dreaming of his color patchwork pedal set-up (while smacking the Cajon in front of 17 people ...)
I prefer the mcd's because chain just gives you more power in your strokes and I like that slight little slack you get but that's me though! Those blue colored mcd's were pretty nice though. Would look perfect with my tama dark indigo burst colored kit👍
Fantastic drumming.in fact i like darker music,that s why i better listen to donati s démonstrations ..it s because of ambiance ...for me thé music gives something powerfull to a drum démonstration . Coleman ,donati often play on glorious and Epic compositions ..waiting for that to appreciate more his drumming .but it s one of the lords of drums of course :)

Love howThomas uses heel up and heel down strokes to place accents in the double bass patterns.
