Hello sir! I have a early 69model g2 with 6v ignition. I have no problems with it apart from if and when a 12v battery is used on bike it starts misfiring. It works best only on 6v wet battery. Need suggestions if i should convert it to 12v electricals or run it like this. I don’t want to ruin the orignality of bike as heard from people it changes character of bike. so confused what to do?
Using a 12v battery won't change anything technically .only the holding capacity of the battery changes. rest all is the same. I dont know how it would change the character

@@SonofagunG2 I don't think it's possible bro. I have tried. There is no purchase option there. Now their site is not even showing the vintage bullet accessories. Just accessories for new models. It's better to source it through some automotive dealers
