    Did you continue to experience and do workouts with the sciatica during the 6 weeks ?

      I took it easy. If you are regularly contracting the muscles that you are releasing, often the trigger points will reactivate. I did NOT stop moving, because movement is essential. But I did not do any big workouts. If i hiked or rode my bike, I would always come home and roll out a little bit on my key areas. I had that right hip high issue and if you have one hip higher than the other, you need to treat the two sides of the body very differently. Hope that helps!
