Nice build! Two tips on vinyl wrapping in this situation. 1 - spray paint areas that may be exposed at seems/cuts in the approx color of the vinyl (e.g., corners and seem location). That way you won't notice any slight gaps. And 2 - when you overlap the seem on the bottom, cut the in the middle of the overlap and peel back the waste from both ends. That will leave a perfectly uniform seem.
Not bad man. Very nice build. I made myself BT speaker too. It uses CSR8645 BT module and PAM8610 2*10W amplifier. It sounds very good, but it is very power hungry. Datasheet for PAM8610 claims it need 12V and 4A peak current, but it was not enough. So i decided to make battery pack with 3pcs 18650 in series and 3pcs in parallel instead of only one. It can now supply 12A max and it is enough to cover current peaks wit PAM8610. Peaks are around 8-10A. For increasing the capacity I added another pack 3S3P to make it 3S6P later. I can see you have something simillar about 15W class D amplifier. So i can recommend you adding more batteries in parallel to improve lower frequencies and decrease its distortion. I can hear even from video how it is clipping because it does not have enough peak current from the batteries. You can add at least another chain of batteries to make it 3 in series and 2 in parallel (3S2P). Try it. It is worth it.

It has passive radiators, but they are too small sould be same size or 1.5 times bigger. Port is not needed for passive radiator speakers. I would say it missing tweeters.

@uree larsen хоть и усилитель класса Д но у него КПД 93% а остальное в нагрев, просто если будет перегрев и она покрошится, ремонт будет примерно как стоимость усилителя (это не ТДА2030 в которых по 5 ножек их легко заменить).

It's really nice mini speaker.
Lovely work but I think a separate air enclosure for the mid-range/tweeters would help stop them being kicked up the bottom by those woofers...

It has passive radiators, but they are too small sould be same size or 1.5 times bigger. Port is not needed for passive radiator speakers. I would say it missing tweeters.

You should never have passive radiators that is smaller than the woofers. They will bottom out and eventually break.
