So much to say, your first mistake was tying your string with a knot on your first post, you want that string lined up on the face of the post not in the middle of it, like other comments said tension band is used where brace band should be and all nuts and bolts should be facing inside of property so anyone can’t come up from the outside snd take apart your fence, your rail ends are upside down, you can easily tell the fabric itself is not stretched tight enough and you should use an extra band to tie the tension wire to the posts should slide all bands onto post so they don’t keep on slipping and falling down

In the Netherlands we never use strings. We sight them in line and then pound the posts right in the ground. Anyway still a nice video man!

Plumb is vertical level is horizontal. A band saw works so much better than a grinder, it's quicker, safer and much easier to get a clean cut. Carriage bolts are carriage bolts, not screws. You used the wrong bands for your top rails. Use rail bands instead of tension bands so your top rails are centered in the post and tension bands are offset so the hardware doesn't interfere.

Rail ends r upside down and carriage bolts r facing the wrong way. Should have uses brace bands not tenion bands on the top rail. Gosh there so much more, i can go on and on. Its way to much typing... Please folks dont do this, hire a fence professional.

you used the wrong band for the top rail end cap on the terminal post. supposed to use a brace band the shorter one of the two for that

As a 16 year professional of installing fence, most of this video is wrong. From the string line, to the bolts facing the sidewalk which is a no no, the bands, tension bars being too low, wire too high off the ground. This is not how to do it. Not even close.

Jack of all trades, master of none but often times better than a master of one.
Might as well finish off the saying. 😀

Wrong brace for the Top Pole, you should of used one that's Centered not the Offset one you used & you should of put your bolts on the inside of the fence. So, that they aren't accessable from the outside.

I realized that it should be facing inward. I think we did that since it was a better angle filming the video but I will know for next time! lol. Thanks For Watching!
