      So happy you were able to get value out of it! You’ll notice more consistency when you don’t twist while tamping. With this said, you can still twist a bit to “polish” at the end, and then remove the tamper very carefully to avoid ruining your work! 🙌🏼

    Hi, I want to ask why my espresso come out many bubbles in cup😢😅

      Oh! That may be due to several reasons, but most likely it all boils down to the freshness of the coffee beans. You won't get dense crema with stale beans!
      Some other reasons may be:
      • the grind size (too coarse a grind will often produce that result)
      • the temperature of the water your espresso machine is putting out (too cold doesn't extract correctly)
      • or, even your tamping technique (are you tamping the ground coffee before extraction?)
      If you could share some more details about the machine and the coffee you're using we can try and figure it out!

      An espresso dosing funnel - ideally magnetic so it doesn't fall off!

      Hallo Liz ! What an excitement ! The first shot: 3 drops and bitter like bile. the second a few drops more, but already good in taste and the third is definitely edible.My grinder (Eureka Specialita) is really good, you just have to find the right grind first. I use a WDT, but I am my own distributor: coffee throughout the kitchen....what a mess ! It's definitely easier to watch a video!
