As a 16 year old composer myself, I can tell you have the ear for good music. That being said, there are 2 things I believe that make a composer advance: writing music and listening to music. And you write a lot of music. That is good. Don’t stop. However, if you start listening to NEW music, anything you haven’t heard before, for 1 hour every day, I promise it will reflect on your compositions. (If you want to go 1 step further, you could even analyze the score)
I don't upload my compositions yet, but I am also a 16 year old composer!! Particularly influenced by the romantic era, with Frederick Chopin and the late romantic Alexander Scriabin leading my passion. I thought this advice was very good, all of you continue composing!
I think this is quite good, and you have a lot of potential as a young composer. Please play the scores yourself with pedal though - it would make such a difference I think! You have a minimalistic style of writing which I find is seldom today in the era of near-exclusive virtuosic playing, which translated into a very nice little composition. I might recommend studying Bach - you will find some of the greatest harmony there, and I think you will find that your style as a composer will also improve after studying some of his work. I wish you well, and hope you are able to compose much more beautiful music in the future.
Might want to consider not sharing your age. I'm not saying not to be proud of being young, but its best not to put that kind of information online until you have a plan of where you do and dont want your information available online.
@@MaskedPianist57 maybe you could put the audio of you playing it over the videos of the sheet music? or do like the split screen thing with the sheet music at the bottom of the video?
What if OP is just selling sheet music as a way to ask support for their work, and not because they have a heightened sense of greatness? I understand you might've meant OP needs to hone their craft before they could write a piece worthy of selling. Totally understandable. However, I don't think they're selling their music because they think they're hot sh*t. OP's compositions are OP's intellectual property, and OP has a right to charge people before they could play/have a copy of OP's intellectual property.

Your pfp is very sus, lmfao
This sounds so 19th-century romantic. Never stop composing!
Thanks
How? It sounds like a pop song.
This is awesome! You have a some great ideas and real maturity. It's easy listening but not without its points of interest - very enjoyable!
Dude this is so good the dynamics on this bring it out so much especially the crescendos it's so beautiful
This is so beautiful to listen to, you have a huge potential, keep going!
Beautiful tune, I really enjoyed the sweet dynamics all filled with expression. Keep it up!
The program can play pedal-markings. You may want to add those markings and make it invisible if you don't want them to be shown in your score.
Thanks for the tip
this is so pretty!! i love your use of the minor 4 chord (one of my favourite things ever in music
I like the Waltzie style
This is pretty good

Damn right about that Bach thing
I don’t know why people think his harmonies are basic
Just one question: why in 6/4?
I agree it the piece has 3/4 waltz feel

Selling your sheets as if you're some great composer. How pretentious
