    Hey Rem ….. I may be the polar opposite of your targeted audience: I’m a woman and don’t eat meat just to name a couple, however, I love your channel and have used many of your recipes to lose weight and have several of your recipes on rotation because I love them so much. I watch all of your videos because even if I can’t consume a recipe in the vid (like hamburgers) you always have inspiring words to keep me going on my journey. Keep being great and continue to motivate your audience.

    I'm at the planning/beginning phase of a weight loss/muscle gain journey (currently 6'4, 325), and I had originally been trying to plan out meals to stay around 2,600-2,800 calories and 180ish protein. Initially I was prepping to do meat and rice, omelets, etc and keep it kinda basic. I came across the anabolic oreo mcflurry video and fell down the rabbit hole with your channel. I subscribed and I've been liking multiple videos to have a variety of recipe ideas for the future to prevent burnout. I'm glad the "keep your calorie goal/meet the protein goal" idea I initially had has been validated, and I know to up the protein to at least 200g. Thank you for what you do, this makes me absolutely excited to get started.

    Just watched the newest video with your new biggest fan, my 4 year old daughter. I have been watching your videos and using some of your recipes for a few months now, but my daughter makes me watch them again and again, and we make the food together. She loves it when you take a bite and get excited about how good it is, and now she wants your bars, but we live in Florida, and I don't buy food online. Thanks for the recipes and the memories with my little girl.

    This cookbook is so amazing my husband and I really enjoy them. Before this we were eating salads with chicken and stayed under the 1200 calories just to lose weight. With this cookbook we are really losing again and have enough energy for our workouts at night.

    Started around 220 sure to a dirty bulk in April but thanks to your cookbook I'm down to 205 now. Because protein is high I've managed to keep most of my muscle too. Appreciate you for all you do. Also would recommend trying out chronometer as a comparison to fitness pal. Ever since I made the switch I haven't gone back. Tracks micronutrients and everything.     Yooooo Rem! I been rocking with your channel since 2016 back when you were doing all your crazy food challenges. My favorite one is still the Fat Cats 30 inch pizza 😂. I went from 215 to 180 in 3 months when I finally buckled down and started eating your recipes and working out.     Im down to 184 pounds currently from 250( since February)Its mind blowing how you can eat healthy but normal( hopefully that makes sence). Portion control is key, but definitely wanted to give props to where its do and these recipes help me and my wife continue !

    Thanks to your recipes I’m actually able to stick to a diet! Down to 260 from 295 since March. I make the pizzas atleast twice a week, and just started making the pancakes and they are amazing too!

    I was hoping you can touch upon sodium. For someone like me with high blood pressure, it seems a ton of the no-fat/low-fat options have a ton of sodium. I'm finding it difficult to stay under around 1800mg of sodium a day with this diet.

    I swap the lavash out for a mission wheat tortilla. The protein is a little less but it gives you 28g of fiber at 110 calories.

    Honestly, i can eat from these cookbooks and still be hungry often. Great recipes, but the secret to really staying satisfied??>……water. Next time, show us how much water you’re drinking and how often. Still great content!

    Is this type of diet good for womens? My wife was a cancer patient and know she’s dealing with inflammation and hormones, she loves cakes , donuts everything sweet and hi in bad carbs. I know that if she change here diet she can get better.

      Fat free mozzarella is 9 g protein per serving which is a little over 20 g . His recipe calls for 224 g of cheese. It's mostly chest protein for the pizza with some turkey bacon and crust

      That much processed cheese probably isn't great for internal health but the plan certainly does get thev results for the outside

      @@elephantmoney point of reference. 7 of Pac of cheese is 198 gram so this recipe calls for at least one full package of cheese and part of another package. It's about 1/2 pound in cheese
