    These full-day eating plans are a lifesaver, taking away the need for any culinary guesswork. If only I could find the motivation to actually follow them! I'm currently down to my last box of anabars, and my next stop might just be my local GNC to hunt for more. Thanks, Rem, for your fantastic work - as long as you keep dishing out these ideas, I'll keep watching (and maybe even get that motivation)!

    have you ever considered making a youtube series where you take someone under your wing and train them and put them in your meal plan and see the progress? id watch that and would make for great content

      Rem's a bit of an introvert so i couldnt see him having someone come over everyday to hangout and cook with him. It would be a great series though. Im still trying to get him to invite me down to one of his UFC parties lol

    Your recipes are killing it. I have been doing them for a month and I am not hungry.
    I have switched out two ingredients that are game changers. They taste just as good. Give them a look it will drop your total calories a lot for your meals.
    Walmart has best price on the buns but amazon does ship both items.
    Keto Culture Hamburger Buns - only 50 calories and 6 protein per bun.
    Hellmann's Lighter Than Light- only 11 calories per serving.

    On the website, on amazon, everywhere online I wasn't able to purchase the Anabar in Canada. Can you please give us an update about that because we are many canadians here who would like to support you and try the Anabars and we can't!     Hey Rem is there any future plans for a lower calorie protein bar? I've tried a few since they started selling them at my local gold's gym but since I am slowly prepping for a show now I can't really enjoy them right now, they do taste amazing though.

    Dude the quest protein chips are actually insane, literally all the flavors taste amazing! They go great with a nice greek yogurt based dip for some double anabolic goodness too! 💪

    15g of added sugar in that anabar? That's like a candy bar. Other than that, looks like a great day of eating. I'd probably go all mustard on that burger with pickles and onions. Thanks RJ!

    Question so my calories are at 2050 per day. If I only eat let’s say 1800 and don’t feel hungry. Do I still have to eat the other 250 calories. Or just call it a day. But my protein grams are meet after all is said and done

    I'm on a bulk right and I'm fairly new to going hard in the gym (with experience through my early adult life). My metabolism is through the roof right now (36 y.o.) as I can't gain weight, even at 3200 cals. No cardio whatsoever. I have a very physical job 4 days/wk and a hard P/P workout 4 days/wk. Just keep going up, I would assume?

    I find that starting my day with grains is an easy way to fall behind with macro goals. Instead of oatmeal ill have a double scoop of protein

    Hey Rem, have you seen the "Newest diet hack?" Well it's psyllium husk! Supposedly this is the new thing people are latching onto to help them lose weight. I immediately thought of you since it's been in your daily diet for a long while now (well fiber powder at least). But yeah, the New Brand New, but Rem did it first!

    1800 cals is definitely not realistic long term if you want to maintain muscle. Your BMR would need to be at the FLOOR, which would probably be a sign of much bigger issues.

    You could feel more satiety by having more of your fats sooner, for example, having the Anabolic smashburger instead of the Chipotle Quesarito, leaving it for dinner

    I love the recipes, but it drives me nuts that you avoid veggies so much. They help fill you up and ad bulk and very little in the way of calories. The burger, for example, is just going to be better with tomatoes and lettuce. If you want to go all out, caramelize onions and mushrooms on top of that bad boy. Ads amazing flavor and very little calories while not taking away from the protein intake.
    Other advice... show drinking tons of water with all of this. I notice you don't show drinks with meals at all, but slamming a ton of water with it will help feeling full as well.

    Vitamin D is fat soluble so taking it in a fasted state in the morning isn’t doing anything for you Rem
