44:44 yes there is DLC being developed called "whiprock island" but like you said the devs are focused on Obenseuer so they arent working much on it rn (as far as im aware)
I think I'm about to finish my first INFRA playtrough and I can say that I absolutely love this game. The most surprising thing about this game is how good it looks when you consider that it is using a 20 year old engine. And of course, the best aspect of the game is the exploration. Exploring every corner of the map trying to find documents and secrets was so fun. I'm so excited to do a 100% so I can get all the achievements, secrets and the other ending.
Should be interesting to see a "no clip view" of this game , so many paths and tunnels. Also cool it someone made a garys mod version of it, combining it with opensuer .
37:50 You didn't do the logical thing - you ran straight into a collapsing tunnel twice. The logical thing is to stay well clear of anything like that! :D You were just metagaming, and I don't blame you for that. INFRA can be a little obtuse at times. But try to avoid metagaming all the same - your gaming experience suffers the moment you find yourself thinking "what is it that the developer wants me to do in this case". When that happens, just take a breather and refocus, the solution might be right under your nose.
Infra 2033 post-apocalyptic maintenance tunnel sim. Especially at 33:00, it really looks very close to a Metro game, complete with glowing mushrooms. Since there is a nuclear power plant, it's only a question of time until the Nosalis will take over the tunnels.
37:40 Okay if the boss _isn't_ trying to kill you I'm going to call this entire story a huge plot hole. It makes literally zero sense that no one would just call rescue to get this guy out, and he's had every tunnel the boss tells him to go through nearly kill him. It's getting really stupid that _none of them_ have thought, "Hey, maybe I'll call rescue, or knock on the door to get those protesters' attention."
I think you may be right. He was calling the police when Mark found the body, he should be calling in the feds with everything that has collapsed today. Unless, the boss doesn’t trust outside agencies and needs to gather every single piece of evidence for prosecution, rather than just making a fix it list.

Hello, I was watching your content for a while now and I was wondering have you played any games from the Metro series (Metro 2033, Metro Last Light, Metro Exodus)? I think their tone and story would fit in with other games on your channel and I would love to see you play them! Metro games and books are my favourite by far and I think they deserve more recognition. PS: English is my second language so if you see any gramatical errors, that's why.
well you didnt managed to fix the water plant but atleast the general public isnt drinking straight up sewage (and tbf, most people have diffculties fixing this one plant as well)
Yeah, I think he didn't deactivate the primary flocculation pool (the one with the Low Ph warning), which was one of the requirements... The puzzle-solved noise was draining the exit tunnel to leave, _not_ the puzzle-solved for fixing the plant itself. Combined with him taking B2 and bypassing Pine Fell altogether, that's 1/3 water plants fixed...
one of my favourite things in infra is the amount of cause and effect that happens in the game, you skipped the water plant section by doing the morko easter egg but if you actually fix that water station you can find an email between two coworkers in the underground water station talking about you fixing up the place by yourself, its great.
It feels so frustrating, that after so many hours spent underground we get so incrediblly close to fresh air and the outside only to know we can't leave yet and are stuck for much longer
honestly the freshwater puzzle was the only frustrating part of the game (people say turnip hill is frustrating but its not all that bad if you don't rush it like most people do)
I don't agree. The puzzle with clean water is quite simple if you figure it out and don’t activate everything at once) The puzzle gives you clear instructions and a clear understanding of what’s going on here: “Don’t mix caca-poopoo water with clean water, guide the clean water through the stages, here are the arrows on each monitor for each pipe". But everyone has their own view of things, I guess.
@@MrFirstSinner i only found it frustrating due to having to go back and forth to firgure out which valve is which and where each location of valves are, i was stuck on the puzzle for about 30 minutes trying to finder sewer pipe 2, eventually stumbling upon it, then came to solving the puzzle, getting something wrong, then going back to the same valve again and again, now im no puzzle expert but i thought originally you needed to feed it through the reserve tank, took me about 2 hours to realise the systems were for purifying sewage water and not redirecting it
@@sundermc If my memory serves me correctly, then the puzzle is not exactly what you mean. There we need: - redirect wastewater away from the complex; - supply acceptable water from the additional supply reservoir (because the main one is contaminated); - drive this water through all stages of purification (sequentially); - send purified water to the city. Yes, you have to run back and forth when you first find yourself here. But the puzzle itself is quite interesting. On my first playthrough, I didn't find it frustrating, more like a challenge. But it's different for everyone)
This game has such a beautiful kenopsia feeling, the strikes are such a garbage way of excusing it imo but at the same time its a great way of excusing it. The traveling between all these important city infastructure and plants without anyone manning them, its amazing to me. Thanks for playing this, i'll def buy it myself
I was here. Just as there is a beginning, there needs to be an end. It's not always the destination that matters but the memories you made along the way. Thank you for posting these videos. I've been going through a lot right now, and it's great to get immersed in your dialogue. Wish you the best!
i feel like in any other game the mini trains junction with 3 trains in it including your train you arrived in, would have been a sliding cars type puzzle, and with soo many trains to sacrifice my first thought was to tell one to run straight into the wall without you inside the train, because it might unlock a new tunnel, which would probably be the solution if this were any other game.
