Hello, I have question. We work on features every month as part of our sprint. Each developer normally works on 1 feature. How specific should a developer be when answering what they did yesterday and what they will do today.
Hey Nate, you might want to check out the video about walking the board: th-cam.com/video/TOIccUxlqF0/w-d-xo.html This format puts the attention of the daily away from the people and onto the work to be done. Judging by the question you asked, it might help you :)
It always drives me bonkers at standups when there those people who always go off topic with details and just like to hear their voices. I sincerely do not give to s*ts how you will fix the problem nor I care about a conversation between two people going on wasting 30 minutes. ...I am like just stay on point and shut the f up....
Thanks Maria.. Very concise and clear..
awesome!!

Dear Maria, could you please look into the camera lens, and not at your own image during the video recording?
Thanks for feedback, even though it helps to see myself, I already changed that in the latter videos! ;-)
I liked this hair style most
hahahaha thanks, that's an important feedback!

I think that might be the prevailing sentiment on the Daily Standups run in the 3 questions format...
